Disappointed, having used them previously they had not been too bad either on price or service. Last year they didn't come to service my boiler having promised to do so. I chased them up and they said a few weeks. Asked again but no response. Meanwhile my boiler fell into disrepair and they still couldn't come out on time. In any event my last job done unfortunately Andy charged me for repair through the sky at 1k plus as it had taken him a number of visits to diagnose the problem. He would experiment rather than diagnose and fix and put all the expense on me! In the end he did 5 visits and kept saying its not going to be cheap and then sent me a whopping bill. He then told me of a chap he had served who he had to warn of court proceedings because he was arguing about the bill with him. Honestly I know that prices are high but there are people out there who charge an extra zero nowadays just for the sake. I'm now with another reputable company who have been prompt and have given me a quote before taking the money. If you do use Andy expect a high bill and a lot of dithering.
We were in the middle of building work when our builders found a gas pipe which needed moving before they could continue. Having contacted this company (chosen for the previous good reviews) Andy came the next day and completed the job within half an hour. Very reasonable price and a very friendly, professional man. We will definitely be recommending him.

They managed to finally fix our boiler after visits from other companies who were pretty much unsuccessful. Genuinely care about getting the job done and fitted our new Google Nest system all on the same day.

Needed a kitchen gas supply moved urgently ahead of having a new kitchen installed, along with removal of redundant pipes around the house. Despite being on a roof when he took my call (!) Andy was there within a 2 days, completed the work swiftly and to a high standard. Can't recommend them enough.

Reliable, honest and friendly
We suspected a carbon monoxide leak from our boiler. Emergency British Gas engineer did not have required kit to test for poisonous gases so disconnected our boiler to be on safe side! Andy responded and attended scene during bank holiday weekend at short notice and confirmed poisonous leakage. He quoted for new boiler along with 3 others. The decision to go with Andy was easy, he is knowledgeable in his field, professional in his approach and helped us to identify and prioritise our needs.
