Terrible. Cleaners cancencelled twice in two different ovations and at the last minute. I do not recommend this company.

I've used Belinda a few times, when a lived a Gallery421. Her work is amazing, very professional!

A few points I'd like to say about this cleaning service. I was looking for someone to come ASAP since I haven't been able to clean as much as I'd like due to being out of work on disability for a bad back. The person I talked to when I called was very nice, helpful and they got two lady's here for a 3 hour cleaning within the hour. That was great service. One of the lady's didn't speak any English and the other spoke very little. I was very clear that we have cats so the doors couldn't be left open which I thought they understood, I was wrong. The first time I found they left the back door open I told them again and stressed it again not to leave it open. My son and I found the cats. Then about an hour later my husband saw the door open and when he told them the same thing it seemed that they thought since it was only half open it was ok. Thank goddess our cats didn't walk out. When they came to clean my room I tried to tell the lady 3 times that my husband bedside table should be left alone (it's a disaster and not something anyone but him should try and deal with) but she didn't understand so I finally had to just repeat stop, leave it alone please. Other then that they cleaned well which I was thankful for. I wouldn't book them unless your bilingual so that your needs and requests can be understood.

We think the world of Bee-Dazzled and its' owner, Belinda. We have been using Bee-Dazzled's services for at least 3 years now, and it has really made our lives much more manageable. Belinda is reliable, professional, courteous, and efficient, and she is a super nice person too! Would definitely recommend Bee-Dazzled!!

I love Belinda. I don't even know where to start. Her and her team have been helping me get my shit together since March 2014. She has helped make me a cleaner, happier person. My husband (who wouldn't notice if I grew a beard) always comments on how clean the house looks after Belinda has been here.This is a family-run, legit operation.Ok here's the good stuff:1) She's on time. If she says she will be there, she will be there. If she's running late, she will let you know.2) You can trust her. She has the keys to our place and it's never been an issue.3) She's detail-oriented. I feel like for every visit, she picks something I've never even noticed to really deep clean. I swear you can eat off the lid to our kitchen garbage can.4) She knows how sneaky your animals are. She's great at keeping the cat inside.5) She's flexible. If you're a loyal client, Belinda will try to rearrange her schedule to meet your needs.Oh yeah! And she's a super nice person! The only bummer about her having the key to my place and cleaning while I'm at work is that I don't get to see her very often.To the person that left the one star review--- I'm not entirely sure the exact circumstances, but keep in mind that this is a small business. If one of Belinda's helpers calls in sick, she can't magically produce help. She isn't a large company with a ton of employees at her disposal. Things happen. Belinda brings everything with her that she needs to get the job done. If you want your ceiling dusted, just make sure you provide the ladder.

I have been using Belinda and her company Bee-Dazzled Cleaning for over a year, and they do a fantastic job. So friendly and always have helpful suggestions to make my life easier. The other day when Belinda was here she noticed my shower curtains were looking disgusting so she offered to pick up some new ones that don't mold, if she could find them, two weeks later I got a text telling me she got them and would put them in when she came later that week! Also, her rates are very reasonable and she brings all of her own equipment . My building offered her card to me when I moved in and I'm glad they did! Bee-Dazzled is efficient and trustworthy, so happy to have them.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Belinda was kind on the phone, but this "cleaning service" is basically someone coming in with some home supplies and is not a "professional cleaning agency". When I booked her service, she guaranteed 2 people would come and complete the move-in cleaning in 3-4 hours. She showed up alone which made me hesitant and suspicious about trusting her right off the bat. She said her assistant was unable to come. I asked if she could handle the job alone in under 4 hours. I did a walk-through of the entire place so she could assess the job and make her own decision. She said the place looked like it was in fairly clean, good condition and that she could do it BY HERSELF in 4 hours. I told her that she's the professional and that I trust her judgment. I should have heeded to the warning signs, but we needed to rent out the property in two days. She appeared sincere and guaranteed she would complete the job ALONE in 4 hours so we allowed her to start. We trusted her. Next, time I will trust my instincts and just heeded to the warning signs that kept coming....Warning Sign #1: She said two people would come to do the job. She came by herself.Warning Sign #2: She pulled out a small box of cleaning supplies from her trunk. Where was the rest? I had more cleaning supplies under my the kitchen sink than she had in her box!Warning Sign #3: She pulled out a 20 year old vacuum. Warning Sign #4: She had to borrow my vacuum to clean the floors because hers did not have enough suction since it was so old.Warning Sign #5: Anything above 6 feet remained dirty. The top half of the mirrors were still dirty. I asked if she meant to leave them with streaks. She said she couldn't reach it. She asked IF I had a step ladder! So, how was she expecting to dust the shelves and lights like it was advertised on her website??? Warning Sign #6: The closet shelves were still dirty and dusty. She said she cleaned them, but when I pointed out the huge layer of dust she said she couldn't see and needed a step ladder to reach shelves! Isn't that her job to bring one? Does she think that all shelves and light fixtures are only 4 feet high? Warning Sign #7: Anything above 5 feet, vents, shelves, mirrors, etc.... remained dirty and dusty.Warning Sign #8: She left a thick layer of comet residue on the tub and counters. It was so thick I was thought it was dust. I asked if it was supposed to be like that...she said she forgot to wipe it off. Warning Sign #9 : The tubs still had grime on the sides and she said that was the best she could do. My 70 year old mother climbed in and started scrubbing it out. Belinda said it was because she had been scrubbing for so long that she loosened must have loosened it up first. hahaha.....Warning Sign #10 : She yanked out the blinds from the brackets and broke them and said that they must have not been installed correctly. She blamed the blinds!!Warning Sign #11: She said that when she agreed to clean the windows she did not recall agreeing to cleaning the tracks. I told her I have an email saying she would. She denied it. Warning Sign #12: She said that this job is bigger than she expected and that she will be there for more than 4 hours. Warning Sign #13: She cleaned the outside of the microwave and didn't open the inside to clean it. Warning Sign #14: She said had she known she was cleaning the laminate floors she would have brought the chemical to make a nice, glossy shine. First of all, did she think I wanted a dirty, dull finish to the floor? Secondly, I told her we had laminate floors when we booked her and her website says she cleans floors. Warning Sign #15: Hour number 5 came and went.Warning Sign #16: My 70 year old mother and I grabbed scrubs and started cleaning the kitchen counter.Warning Sign #17: Hour number 6 came and went.Warning Sign #18: My 70 year old mother and I grabbed a scrubs and started to clean the stove.Warning Sign #19: Hour number 7 came and went.Warning Sign #20: Hour number 8 came........I finally told her not to finish cleaning the kitchen because we would be here for at least a few more hours at the rate she is cleaning.....or shall I say at the rate she is not cleaning.Basically, Belinda is inexperienced, slow, unprepared, and unorganized. How do you dust light fixtures and shelves without a ladder? How do you vacuum without a vacuum that works? She said her cleaning service is relatively new and it really, really, really shows. She didn't even have the proper equipment to professionally clean and had to borrow my supplies. I have never met someone who worked so hard to not work and make excuses the entire time. Needless to say, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!I was going to go with a big agency, but thought it would be nice to support a smaller business. Next time, I will go with a big agency that actually has a crew of experienced staff where they know what they are doing. Like anything, you get what you pay for !!!

Very good service. I thought I walked in the wrong apartment when I got back home, it was immaculate! Highly recommend Belinda's services.

Belinda is truly awesome! I've tried a few services over the years and they all cleaned about as well as I could myself. Then came Belinda. She is absolutely meticulous, and her friendly demeanor and fair prices absolutely won me over.

Seriously, Belinda and Bee-Dazzled is the best ever!!!! I've used many local cleaning services over the years and have always been a bit disappointed, usually more with the office staff than actual cleaning crew. However, I had NO IDEA what I was missing in terms of cleaning until Belinda came over and turned my house into a palace!I have a smallish home, but its well lived in. She quoted me right over the phone, a very fair, competitive rate. What I usually get for that rate, is a basic cleaning with a few extra touches.....what I got from Belinda was a serious sterilization! She spent 4 hours (an hour more than other services), scrubbing every knook and cranny. She cleaned under my bed, managed to get the worlds grossest shower sparkling, collected each and every dime and penny off the floors, and hit every room in the house. She listened to exactly what I wanted focused on and hatched a serious plan of attack. She was even super mindful of my cat who is a bit of a wimp, and he didn't mind her presence at all.The cherry on the cake is she is super sweet and an awesome businesswoman. She really loves what she does and works incredibly hard at it. Don't waste your time with other companies, you'll never get better care and service.

We had Bee-Dazzled come in yesterday to clean our incredibly grimy concrete floors in our dog grooming shop. Needless to say with all the dogs that come in and out of here the floors get real nasty, real quick. They showed up on time, helped me move some fixtures, and immediately got to work sweeping and scrubbing our floors. After they were done getting all the grime out of the concrete and all the cracks they then laid a few coats of sealant to lock in the clean. They did an awesome job and I can't thank them enough for their hard work.

Belinda toured the unit, gave us a quote and immediately won our business. We have never had anyone as thorough, friendly and trustworthy in our home. She arrived perfectly on time, cleaned parts of our home that we didn't even know needed cleaning, and called to verify that everything was done to our satisfaction. She was meticulous and we could not recommend her more vehemently. We are now part of her permanent schedule.

My wife and I have been using random cleaning services for a few months now, and we just found the one we are going to stick with. Belinda was very professional and thorough. She was able to fit me into her schedule on a recurring basis and was prompt to arrive on the time scheduled. We are glad to have found some one we can rely on. Thanks Bee_Dazzled!

I needed cleaning services unexpectedly and called Bee-Dazzled. Not only were they able to meet my schedule and timeline they were prompt and professional. The services I received were far beyond what I was expecting and I consider myself quite picky!

I have been using Bee-Dazzled cleaning service for a few months now and could not be more impressed. While I have had many cleaning services in the past, I can honestly say, my search is over. I have recomended them to family members and have recieved the same feedback.....friendly, thourough, prompt. I give them 5 out of 5 stars.
