Bedrock was timely, professional and affordable. They didn’t try to add services on that were not necesssary. They did identify a few areas to be aware of and recommended service in the future. Will absolutely work with them again. Great to have a plumber that I trust. Thank you!

Corey visited to assess my project, and I was completely open about its legal proceedings. His exact words were, "As a restoration company, we handle claims regularly. Going to court is not new to us."
I messaged Corey a week prior to the court date but received no response. While I acknowledge the risks involved, he could have at least informed me if he wouldn't be able to attend court instead of lying to me outright.
In the end, I settled my case and received full compensation from the opposing party today. I have decided to hire a different plumbing service to finish the project next week.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant rep. Only issue was that we were not informed of the visit fee until he was about to leave. Don't agree that their should be such a fee in getting an estimate; none of the other 4 companies we talked to has such a charge

Thank you for the feedback Patrick. This was a direct online booking with "service appointment" chosen and not "estimate". All service appointments show a $75 charge that we ask the customer to agree to before signing up.
If this was missed or hard to see we apologize, we strive to be extremely transparent with pricing and try to put that wording front and center when booking.
