Chris is the biggest Scumbag. He hired me to work for him and did not pay me. It's been 2 years now. All I get is excuses. No wonder their company went bust. I call that Karma. Got to waste my time and take them to court now.
Chris and Lisa are absolutely amazing, helpful and so kind. They go above and beyond for their customers and truly care about the quality of sleep people are receiving. The quality and comfort of the beds are well worth the investment. I’m looking forward to waking up with energy and no back pain! Truly a life changing investment!

Excellent Service. Buying a mattress, or at least choosing the right one can be a little difficult and we needed it custom made to fit the bed. Chris and Lisa made the process seamless! Chris turned up on time to measure up, his knowledge and friendly nature made the whole experience enjoyable. Timeline and delivery were all as promised and well communicated. Great customer service and local. I wouldn't hesitate in calling Lisa and Chris in the future.

Poor experience with no communication and and no follow up.
Our delivery was confirmed on Wednesday for Saturday morning, where it just never showed up.
Called the store where Chris confirmed the issue and said he'd ring us back in 10 minutes - that call never happened. We called back Saturday afternoon before closing and no one answered.
Called Sunday morning to try and reschedule delivery and were promptly told that no delivery could be scheduled without the remainder of payment First, which was a little odd since we were never told that in the first scheduling of the delivery. So at this point, they've missed delivery, refusing our calls, and refusing to schedule a delivery.
The next day someone else called us back, scheduling delivery for Tuesday. On delivery day, they called twice and said they'd be earlier than originally scheduled - so we made sure we'd be home earlier. They ended up being 2 hours later than the original scheduled time and left dirt smudges on the mattress.
We also did not receive our mattress protector as part of delivery - we were told we would receive it either later that day or overnight delivery for next day. This did not happen.
After calling the week after, we were told there were supply/delivery issues from Sydney and we would receive it that week.
It has now been 2 weeks and we have not received the mattress protector nor any communication of when it is arriving.
I do not recommend this store and do not understand all the high reviews. If you check their FB reviews, there are more that are in line with my experience.

1. I don't see what flooding has to do with anything - by the time the first delivery was scheduled on Wednesday, the road flooding issues were over. Regardless, even in the worst of floods, there were no issues accessing our house (since we were able to get in and out every day, this is news to us). We also didn't have a problem with rescheduling delivery, the problem was there was no communication that the delivery wasn't going to happen and we were just sitting at home waiting.
2. With regards to the mattress protector: this was
a. Indicated on our invoice that we did not receive it. Chris said he would drop it by that day or overnight it to us
b. After a week had passed, we called your store phone and asked about it, and were told it would be delivered later that week
There was nothing that indicated "you need to speak to Lisa personally to get this actioned".

Good Morning. Your experience is very much a contrast to the experiences of our customers and I apologise for us missing the original delivery date. Unfortunately we could not deliver to you due to Brisbane flooding and in particular flooding in your surrounding suburb of Kenmore. Also we have been dealing with staff absence due to Covid illness which has greatly impacted our delivery schedules. In the interests of our clients we follow strict guidelines and do not deliver when there are Covid concerns.
I apologise for you not receiving your mattress protector. We have had supply issues due to flooding and unfortunately it has been out of our control. To be fair, I have not received any phone calls regarding this outstanding item. We will get that to you immediately.

The experience of shopping was made an enjoyable outing when we set ourselves the task of searching for a new mattress. Our first and only stop was at King Beds Stafford, where we encountered the salesperson and owner Chris and like a doorman at a 5 Star hotel, ushered us in and immediately made us feel welcome.
The product knowledge and sales expertise was brilliant as Chris took us on the journey of discovering for us the perfect mattress.
Chris and fellow business partner Lisa made the experience so enjoyable that we very quickly made up our minds and did not bother going else where. From start to finish which ended with the mattress delivered yesterday the experience was fantastic.
Do yourself a favour and reduce the potential of tiring out feet and enthusiasm and just go to King Beds Stafford.

I would like say that we could not be happier with our new mattress made to order for our caravan - so comfortable! Our new caravan had a new mattress included but quickly proved to be very uncomfortable and woke up with many aches and pains but no more……we love our new bed Chris and team.

I was very impressed with the overall experience with Bed Kings. The quality of the product and the service from the team. They matched the right mattress to suit my needs and even recommended the right pillows to use. I am sleeping much better and waking refreshed and without pain! I also loved the range of headboards and bases on offer and will be back to get a matching headboard for my base soon.

The best thing we did was buy a new mattress from Bed Kings. We shopped around and compared costs and comfort level. We are so happy we bought from Bed Kings. We are both sleeping so well and neither of us waking with any aches or pains (as we were previously). We have more energy everyday. The after care service we have received as been amazing.

Nothing but positive things to say about Chris, the team at bed kings and the mattress we purchased. The information provided about the product was transparent and very informative, we knew exactly what we were buying from this experience. Delivery of the mattress was on schedule and we were leased a base to cover the time between bed bases for no extra cost. The mattress itself has been very comfortable it does take about a month to break the mattress in but zero complaints as good as advertised.
