Rude AF! I phoned at 4:50pm on Tuesday, to enquire about their woodcutting service and turnaround time. Older guy on the phone was lovely. Very helpful and assured me that they had the stock and they would turnaround my cutting requirements within 24 hours. I was really excited to have discovered them as I have a number of home and garden projects planned. Turned up at 9:30am on Wednesday morning, and the guy at the order point/cash register couldn't have been more different. Totally rude, condescending and patronising. His tone of voice and body language was bang out of order. He did ask a relevant question about the allowance I had made, but asked and replied super rudely. The best bit, despite being told the day before that turnaround was 24 hours, this had suddenly jumped to it being ready next Wednesday (a whole week). Totally understand that the Easter weekend is inbetween, but really? Took my drawings and went somewhere else ... where I was served with a smile and on the spot. Within an hour I had all my cut pieces loaded in my boot. Needless to say, I won't be using Bedford Timber ever.
