Switched over to Beck Propane a year ago and extremely satisfied with their service. Previous company began using 3rd party over seas support and ran out of propane numerous times. Now propane is delivered in a timely matter and with their price lower. Will definitely say Beck to anyone asking what service company is best recommended.

Preparing for our future! I have a house that was 100 % electric . We updated our Hvac. Systom to heat pump with Lp. Furnace asist. I was clueless of what i neede to do.Becks worked with the Hvac co. There was a stressless transition. I had no idea of what my consumption would be. They made sure i understood my options. A year later we added a whole house generator. I decided to relocate and get a larger tank at becks advise. This wa extensive and costly money well spent". The service tech. Came prepared and spent most of the day. He was very pleasant as i kept having questions as he worked. It was nice he didn't treat me like an idiot. When said and done we delt with just about everybody at becks who all were vert patient. Mo as my wife and i are preparing for our future becks made more comfortable. Thanks all of you at Becks Robin and Randy Briggs.

Crooked operation. They have a minimum gas usage to where if youndo not use enough gas they will charge you.. never heard of such nor was informed. Spent 625 to fill it tried not to use as much this winter due to can't afford it. And then get a invoice for $300 for not using enough?? Unbelievable. You guys are shady! Your crooks. And I will make sure to avoid anything with your logo.

Poor communication at its finest. Found regulator fell over in yard and never attached to house. Service tech came out and was great to deal with found issue. I had to pressure test house. Found a bad valve on the hot water tank. Replaced tank with electric water heater replaced whole gas line on house and put in sediment traps like they said to do. Called ahead on Friday and gave notice of work being done on Saturday. Called again Monday to confirm the appointment first thing in the morning on Tuesday. Missed work Tuesday and finally called at 9 am looking for ETA only to find that it wouldn't be until lunchtime or later as tech was a ways away from my house. Called and asked if come later that night since it was their mess up only to be told it would be 2 more days due to the schedule. They could do Wednesday, but I could not due to work commitments. I had already moved from my Tuesday schedule. Wouldn't send tech after hours to turn on because it not the way they do thing unless it's an emergency. So, no heat for over week even though I gave plenty of notice, spent $3k to fix my side just for them to not hold up thier end. If I could give zero, I would

Absolutely horrible customer service! We started having issues at the beginning of the year along with multiple other customers in the Fremont area. We called them at the first of the year with 35% expecting a little bit of a wait being it’s busy season. After 10 days(20% left), we start calling them every other day to only be told that ”we are coming, you’ll be tonight or first thing tomorrow morning.” Going into that cold snap at the end of January our tank was at 6% they stopped answering the emergency line, we turned our house down to 60° trying to hold out. We couldn’t wait any longer, we contacted another company and purchased a tank outright just to have heat! But it only gets better! We told Becks come get their tank and that it’s unhooked in the front lawn. Couple days later my fiancé is working from home and hears a truck in the driveway, it’s Becks filling up the unhooked tank! She runs out and tells the driver that you’re supposed to pick the tank up, not fill it. Driver hands her a bill and says not my problem then leaves. Now a 60% full tank is sitting in my front yard, unhooked, not blocked sinking in my yard for almost a month. Multiple times we contacted the office in Fremont only to be greeted with a subpar attitude and terrible customer support. Telling us that they are short staffed and they’ll get to it when they can or in the instance of us about running out of propane “ I work for the company and I don’t even get special privileges.” We are at a loss on what to do, a million negative stars for Becks. It a shame what the business has become, I’d advise anyone looking for a fuel provider to steer clear.

I have been a customer for many years. Pre buy has been great. Called today to use rest of that. Rep told me I would be over a little and I would have to pay in advance for anything over. First time that's happened. I said just bring what I paid for and I would look elsewhere the rest of year. Did they get bought by another company?

Seems everyone else has had the same issue I did. Ordered propane in advance to prepare for the “sub zero winter of 2025” well it’s been 10 days and no propane. I called and told them I’m at 5% (after waiting 10 days post ordering) and they told me to and I quote “beg, borrow but don’t steal a heater until we can get out there”. Ive been heating my whole house with a kerosene heater for the past 5 days So no other company can touch a Becks tank And they are taking emergency fill orders. So sky high prices with terrible service. Like everyone else we will be switching this year. -5 stars if I could.

Evidently they don't care that you are out of propane, I was told to borrow an electric heater . Could be at least 10 days before will get any because they are busy. What are you supposed to do in the meantime ? What customer service?

No Stars deserved I would like Google to update the rating system to include -5 star ratings. Negative ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today marks 16 days since I ordered propane. Company policy is 7-10 days. I was told I couldn't pay for an emergency delivery that day becuase they were so far behind. Temperatures have been single digits. I called every day begining the 10th day and every time I was given a different reason or excuse all while being promised to be first on the list the next day. The driver also lied about showing up and calling on Saturday. I was promised fuel on Sunday no call no show. I called the office which was closed. Then MLK day came and went. Tuesday now Wednesday. I will never recommend Beck Supply and I urge everyone to steer clear of doing business with Beck supply.

Honesty it’s a terrible company, they don’t accommodate for family’s, called two weeks ago when my propane was at 20% and I know it’s my fault I should have checked but we kept calling and they just kept pushing us off telling us different days they were coming. Will be switching company’s, and telling all my friends and family what a joke you guys are.

Very unprofessional the receptionist Star specifically. I called Monday for heat they said 10 days and couldn’t do no emergency fill even tho I had kids in the house. But they told me I could call and see if we were on their route daily, because if no one is home they wont be able to fill my tank. So I call the following Monday and they told me I was in route for that day or Tuesday. And both days came nothing. Called and no answer left a call back but no call back. Next day I called and they hung up phone when they answered. Also in the meantime everytime I called Star was very rude. Other receptionist Kelly was not. And I was also not rude as I was just trying to get an idea of time and day since I have to be here for the fill. Very frustrating!
