(SHIT) thay treated my mum horrible today she is disable and needed help

I was in my home today and my nan went to the shop. She went on her mobility scooter as she is disabled. She was then asked by the driver to load the scooter in the car herself. In witch my nan said she can't witch Is understandable. The driver proceeded to get aggressive with my nan and gave her a horrible attitude. When my nan was home she was in tears as she was humiliated in front of crowds of people. The driver just dumped the scooter out possabley breaking it.
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THERE SERVICES EVER AGAIN. Get a uber. May be more expensive but they won't cause thousands of ÂŁ worth of damage. This taxi service is a joke and it just a excuse of a job.
I am reaching out to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment my friend received from one of your drivers. She had called to arrange a taxi, specifically mentioning that she would require extra assistance due to her mobility scooter. She expected a respectful and accommodating service, but unfortunately, her experience was the complete opposite.
Upon arrival, the driver was reportedly rude, verbally aggressive, and made my friend feel humiliated in front of several onlookers. Instead of offering the basic courtesy one would expect, he made her feel like a burden simply because she needed help with her collapsible mobility scooter. This public display of disrespect was not only distressing but also deeply degrading for her.
As if that were not enough, the driver’s behavior continued at the drop-off point. He carelessly tossed her mobility scooter out of the boot, leaving it on the ground, and drove off, forcing her to struggle on her own with something she had already communicated she needed help with. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but also highly insensitive and disrespectful.
It is truly shocking that someone representing your company would act in such a manner, especially towards a person with a visible disability who has specific needs. We are appalled by the lack of empathy and respect shown by this driver, and I strongly urge you to investigate this incident thoroughly. Such behavior is inexcusable, and I believe immediate disciplinary action is warranted—at the very least, this individual should not be entrusted with assisting members of the public until they demonstrate a complete change in attitude.
In situations like this, a responsible company should ensure drivers are trained in providing appropriate assistance to all passengers, including those with disabilities. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved appropriately to prevent such incidents from happening again.

Very unhappy the way I was treated by driver I’m disabled and I asked for a car big enough for my boot scooter when taxi turned he expected me to put my scooter in the car I explained that I couldn’t and he spoke to me awfully he completely humiliated me threw my scooter about then when I got home he just very roughly threw out on the road and left me stranded trying to get in home my self very disgusting how he treated me if that’s how they treat disabled people it’s disgusting won’t be using them again

Today I called a taxi for a lady that couldn't hardly walk and was using a walking frame and her phone was broken.
The taxi driver arrived to pick her up but wouldn't come the extra distance of around 50 feet and watched her struggle to get to them. I helped her to the car but was absolutely disgusted with the drivers attitude.
I for one will not be using you.
I hope the old lady got home safely.
