Excellent service

Excellent service from the initial enquiry right through to project completion. Bear was able to give us exactly what we wanted, which was, on this occasion, an ad hoc project, without pushing us into signing up to a long (sometimes expensive) contract. Highly recommend!

Jay from Bear HR worked for me on a major redundancy project. She created a very clear process and mapped it to every single document in the project. This is a very useful tool which the client can use, refer back to and give to any Manager and associated business within the organisation. A very clear ‘visual’ representation of everything that’s needed for a redundancy process and a step by step guide for any Manager to follow. It wa delivered within a very short time-frame and the client was delighted. And so was I. A joy to work with. Knowledgeable, reliable, hard-working, trust-worthy and fast.
