This company should be closed, the worst land selling company ever. I have waste money with them over the four years. They sold my land for 100 dollars. Diane, Renea or whomever is the Ceo of this company deserve a lawsuit. Even when they claim my land is foreclosure I was still making partial payment. I either sue you as a company or individuals. Thieves, scammers the worst.
The unknown owner, my property taxes are paid. And I will put every evidence on this web if you don't tell the truth. I am bringing your company to the ground.

Shantoi, you didn't make your mortgage payments, or pay your real estate taxes, so we foreclosed on the mortgage to recoup our losses. Had we not foreclosed, you would have lost the land at tax deed sale, and we would have lost our mortgage. We foreclosed in order to protect our interest.

Just bought a parcel of land from BAMBL. The entire process from viewing different parcels through closing where a simple as can be. The entire team were incredibly helpful, and very easy to work with. Rebecca was amazing and made the process very simple and fast; less than a week from choosing parcel to receiving deed. The land is beautiful, easily accessed and great for anyone who enjoys any type of outdoor activities. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
