Très déçue par mon expérience. On a payé environ 300€ pour deux personnes et franchement ça ne vaut pas du tout le prix.
Le massage était nul, pas du tout professionnel. On voyait clairement que ce n’étaient pas des experts. Pendant 60 minutes, ils ont surtout mis de l’huile sur le corps sans vraie technique ni pression, alors qu’on s’attendait à quelque chose de bien fait.
On a payé très cher pour rien. Honnêtement, même sans formation on peut faire mieux. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
I recently went in January and it was a lovely place! I enjoyed the location and felt like the place was more intimate than Tribeca. Very quiet, calm, and peaceful!

Instalaciones muy bonitas y personal muy amable, pero la experiencia se queda bastante por debajo de la imagen “premium” que venden.
Lo más decepcionante fue la zona de aguas: demasiado masificada y sin ningún tipo de control. Se limitan a poner carteles, pero deberían insistir mucho más en que son zonas de silencio y relajación. Había gente hablando constantemente en voz alta y el personal no intervenía en ningún momento para mantener el ambiente que se espera en un spa de estas características.
El masaje también me decepcionó bastante. No se realiza en cabinas privadas, sino en una sala grande compartida, separada únicamente por cortinas bajas, con muy poca intimidad. Escuchas cómo termina el masaje de al lado, cómo limpian la camilla entre clientes y conversaciones del personal entre turno y turno. La sensación está muy lejos de un spa de lujo.
Además, había parejas comportándose de forma inapropiada dentro de la zona termal, sin que nadie llamara la atención.
Otro punto negativo es el aseo de algunas zonas, especialmente duchas y área termal, que no están al nivel del resto de instalaciones. En las duchas, por ejemplo, el agua sucia de otras personas acaba llegando a tus pies.
También me dieron un albornoz XXL incomodísimo pese a que soy talla S y me vieron al pedirlo; ni siquiera comprobaron si había otra talla disponible.
La masajista fue muy amable, aunque el masaje resultó bastante superficial se nota que no están muy formados.
En resumen: un sitio visualmente bonito y con personal agradable, pero con demasiados detalles que hacen que la experiencia real no esté a la altura del precio ni de la imagen exclusiva que intentan transmitir.
El millor es el personal ja que t'ajuda i et guia en tot moment per dins de les aigues termals.
Per relacio qualitat-preu hi han altres aigues termals millors Vichy Catalan o Caldea, per exemple.
L'espai conta amb 5 piscines diferents i 2 saunes, ho trobo bastant petit, més si ho omples bastant de gent, venent la idea de relax i desconnexió.
Mon mari et moi même avons été extrêmement heureux de partager 4 h dans ce spa inoubliable le 12 mai .
Un professionnalisme incroyable autant sur le massage ( demander Elia aux mains du cœur pour ma part) , que sur l accueil et l accompagnement, ils parlent plusieurs langues donc c est très simple pour échanger , très propre , discret , un vrai havre de paix , encore un grand merci à vous , nous partageons déjà votre adresse avec nos amis français et reviendrons dès notre prochain passage dans votre magnifique ville où il fait bon vivre 🙏🙏🙏.
The spa itself is nice and the receptionist was kind and welcoming, we opted for the juice which was lovely but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.
We arrived early and were the last ones let in, then felt rushed throughout the visit. Waiting before and after treatments reduced the limited time we actually had to relax, and we were not given the allocated spa time included with our booking. When we raised this, we were spoken to rudely and dismissed.
The staff within the spa were noticeably rude, and my partner felt uncomfortable due to the attitude and eye rolling from his masseuse. Some facilities also did not feel up to the standard expected for the price point — the ladies changing area smelt strongly due to plumbing issues, and basic amenities such as conditioner and body wash were missing despite being requested.
Having loved the London location, this experience left us honestly really upset rather than relaxed. The customer service afterwards also felt defensive and dismissive rather than focused on resolving a genuinely disappointing experience.
Sadly this branch does not live up to the luxury experience AIRE promises.
If you do go, I would advise keeping an eye on the time, as our visit was shortened considerably. I love that the timed entry system is designed to keep the spa less crowded and more enjoyable, as it is in London, but when that comes at the expense of guests losing a significant amount of their allocated time, it feels very unfair — especially given how expensive the experience is.
Also, we specifically booked the 45-minute massage package to access the rooftop pool. However, when we arrived there were already two other couples there, so there was barely any room. If you are booking mainly for the rooftop, just be aware that the pool is very small, the view is fairly mediocre, and you will likely be sharing the space with others.
I would recommend spending your limited time enjoying the baths instead — especially as our visit was shortened even further due to poor organisation.
Made an appointment for my wife on Mother’s Day for this place and needless to say the worst experience she has endured. Over priced and rudeness for front desk people. Stressed out my wife for a checkin that should be so easy I am not spending my hard earned money at this place. Not going to this again. I’ll go to kohler instead
I wanted to inform you of the experience my wife had at your facility. She went in with a reservation under her name that I made for her. She arrived on time and from the start the people at the front desk made feel uneasy and stressed out which this event was supposed to be the complete opposite. Instead of coming back home relaxed from a great time it was the complete opposite and unnecessary especially when I paid over 350.00 for the package well in advance. I am in regret of booking it now because I should have considered other places not knowing this was going to occur. On a day to celebrate all mothers she was treated the complete opposite.

He estado esta mañana para hacer un upgrade de una reserva, y las dos chicas de recepción han sido un verdadero encanto, han resuelto un problema que habia en la reserva, la verdad es que especialmente a ellas les estoy muy agradecidas. Y el sitio es inmejorable.
