I have been a client of beacon point for approximayely 5 years and do not intend to change. Before Chris came, I contacted Travis and he always had the answer. He was brief and kind. It is very important to me that these men are patient.
Since Chris took over most of my accounts, I have never called or sent a text that did not get handled promptly. One time , I had to sighn something on the computer an since I am computer illiterate , he finally came to the house with his laptop and took care of everthing.
I can not imagine ever having better service than I have received from Beacon Point Insurance. I reiterate that the patience and promptness mean everything to me.
