If I could give this venue zero stars I would. This venue is honestly a maze with no staff helping guest to navigate. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding here and it they seemed completely disorganized and greedy. You were expected to pay an additional fee for everything and everytime you had a question it was an impossible to get an answer and when the manager gave you an answer it was nasty. The day of the wedding the staff was basically missing during the entire event, the food was ice cold and every time you wanted a drink you had to go outside to the bar. Even though this is supposed to be a budget friendly wedding venue save your money and elope. It's so much more worth it, than booking a party here.

My cousin was married here and it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever witnessed. The food was disgusting. The cake was wrong. It was overall the most horrible experience I have ever witnessed. Management is so unprofessional. I would never recommend.

We had the honor of bringing our DJ and Photography services to a wedding at Beach Club Estates and they did not disappoint! The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the staff is OUTSTANDING! We had the pleasure of working with Luis, Monserrate, and the rest of the amazing and hard working staff, and we hope for the opportunity to work with them again in the near future!

On September 14, 2025 I had my daughter's baby shower and it was a beautiful and memorable day. Felix and his team accommodated us in every way, Took the stress off my shoulders. Working with Danielle prior to the party was also enjoyable, she was on top of everything and very flexible with our wants. I highly recommend the Beach Club Estate on Lake Ronkonkoma.

Went with amother couple last night . Weather was great, band Vinyl Revival fantastic. The buffet was deeecicious...like a wedding! Highly recommend!

The place was cute and everything. But I didn't like the attention they gave to the guest. Because I got my seat taken away. I had to ask for another one to be added to the table I was seated. They didn't serve me the first course of the dinner, nor the main dish and neither the dessert. And it is really sad that they charged $280 for people to not provide people with the food they are changing for quest. It is ridiculous for a guest to receive the attention from a place that charges for people to offer that kind of service to the people I didn't even got to taste the steak they had. That's why whoever wants to book with you guys? I will advise them to have in consideration what I have said. And for you do to better when it comes to host a party that someone is paying for. The dated of the event was 11/8/2024

During a wedding reception, 4 people in the party bit into broken plastic/ glass in the food. The owner was notified and did nothing to prevent anyone else from getting injured. The waiters were trying to be more helpful than the owner. Beware of eating here.

The place is absolutely gorgeous my daughter just had her graduation party there. I would give the place normally a 5 star rating but because of all the aggravation I received with booking the date for the party I am giving only 2 stars. You see my family and I booked the party with Frank we wanted it for a specific date and he put it on that date and I told him invitations will be going out after I buy them which was right after I left I was going to buy them. So we booked the date & I brought the invitations and I spent 3 1/2 hours filling out invitations and sent them out the next morning. 10 minutes after I sent them out I get a call from Frank he says we can no longer do the 23rd he overbooked we have to change it to the 9th or the 19th one of those Friday’s meanwhile the 19th is a Monday and the 9th was only a couple weeks away so I told him I will call him back since I just sent out over 40 invitations! I called him back & he said the only 2 dates they have is the 9th or the 16th that are available so some people couldn’t make the 16th so I went for the 9th than found out more couldn’t make the 9th so I called back and spoke to Anthony & he said that the 25th was available and we took that since I had family that could make it on that day that couldn’t make the 2 others. I asked him if he was gonna give me any discounts off since I already mailed out invitations & now have to buy new ones & he said what do you mean I mailed out invitations already? It hasn’t even been 24 hours since you booked the party. I told him I have people coming from out of State they needed to know to save the date. He acted very annoyed that I had sent out invitations for the date that according to him could be changed quickly due to accidents. So he gave a discount on the DJ which was good especially since the DJ was very nice & played wonderful music. So than a couple weeks go bye & I try calling to give the headcount of how many will be at the party & Frank answers he said nobody is in the office but him everyone else is off for the weekend so I told him I will call back Monday & hung up. I than emailed Anthony & told him the final head count & Sunday evening I get a call from Anthony wanting to know & I told him & he starts carrying on saying if it was only going to be this amount of people we would’ve given you the smaller room you promised 75 people I told him yeah but 2 families had to back out because of the date change it happens. He would not stop carrying on about it especially since he ordered the food for 75 people he goes so what do you want done with the rest of the food than just pack it up to go home? I said yes that will be fine. Now I was still gonna pay for the 75 people even though we were a lot short I was not minding about that because my daughter was getting her dream spot for the party but Anthony was very upset & so he said that he will just charge us for 66 people instead & we agreed on that. I also told Anthony that I do not want Frank anywhere near this party or have anything more to do with it & he said he won’t, I go up a few days later to finalize everything & guess who comes out to help finalize it Frank! I nearly flipped out & said oh hell no! I have a meeting with Danielle & that is who I am seeing now. Danielle came we switched tables to finalize everything & as we went over to the other table I see Frank standing in the doorway just watching & listening to everything being said. It was creepy as hell. I told Danielle again that Frank is not to be involved anymore he screwed up enough. Frank also failed to let us know you have to tip the maitre de & host or hostess $5 for every person you have at the party. He told us everything was included with payment. We got lots of beautiful pictures but the aggravation for this party definitely wasn’t worth any of it.
