Nice apartment, good location, but also few broblems that made the experience not so good ☺ Good location, the kitchen was well equipped. ☹ The window was broken, the wifi was out of service for one day, the sofa in the living room was used too many times and not comfortable, there was a very bad smell from the shower. The service team fixed most of the problems and were kind.

Not as expected ☺ The location was handy, but it was so noisy outside but this is soho. ☹ If you expect an early check in then it is most likely won’t happen, the bedsheets were not as clean as it should be and the towels were kinda bit smelly so I advise bringing your own. It is hard to sleep as it gets busy night times.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of london ☺ The property is located in a perfect central london location. Very charming design, functional and homely. Staff were extremely helpful the whole trip. Loved the spacious living room, kitchen and generous bathroom with the terrace.

We had a great stay at this flat in central SoHo. It was very clean and spacious. If you are looking for a lively location and don't mind a lot of people and some street noise - this apartment is for you (there is double glazing which greatly reduces the noise). There are great restaurants, bars and theatres on your doorstep. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would happily stay there again.

Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen mitten in Soho ☺Ich wollte als Alleinreisende einen Ort, an dem ich mich wohlfühlen kann, nachdem ich tagsüber unterwegs war. Das war der Fall! Die Lage mitten in Soho war toll, quirlig und voller Leben. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Die Schallschutzfenster haben geholfen, die Feierfreude von unten einzudämmen. Man könnte dort selbst kochen, was ich wegen der tollen Lokale, streetmarkets usw. nie getan habe. Die kleine Dachterrasse ist trotz der lauten Klimageräte darauf ein Pluspunkt um morgens nach dem Wetter zu sehen, einen Kaffee zu trinken oder dem Treiben unten zuzusehen. ☹Es war verwunderlich, aber es gab keine Teekanne 🙃….. mitten in London😀 Leider sind die Fenster nicht( Wohnzimmer) oder nur mit extremer Anstrengung(30 cm weit im Schlafzimmer) zu öffnen. Auf der tastenden Suche nach dem Lichtschalter unter den Hängeschränken bekam ich einen Stromschlag, dort scheint eine Endabdeckung zu fehlen. Ab und zu kommt es vor, daß sich eine Maus über die Tür der Dachterrasse in die Wohnung verirrt. Ich habe die Zür dann für den friedlichen Abzug offen gelassen. Entweder hat das geholfen oder das kurzfristig darauf eingetroffene Petsonal mit Maßnahmen, die ich nicht kenne.

سيئة جداً ولن اقوم بتكرارها ابداً موقع سئ وخدمة سيئة ☺شئ جدا لايوجد موظفين للخدمة الشنط وتقع الشقة في شارع سوهو شارع جداً مشبوه وملئ بالبارات والازعاج طوال الليل لانصح فيه ابداً لايوجد مكتب استقبال تم تسليمي المفاتيح عن طريق صندوق في نفس المبنى برقم سري لايوجد اي موظف للخدمة واي طلب اطلبه يتم الرد على غير متوفر والماء جداً بارد للاستحمام لايوجد سخان للماء تجربة جداً سيئة لن اقوم اقوم باعادتها ابداً ☹كل شي سئ لا اعلم كيف شركة بوكينج وافقت على هذا الشقة

Sleepless night ☺ Central to everything, lots of restaurants ☹ Noisy at night till 4:00 in the mornings. Bed cover dirty Mattress on floor with no cot making very uncomfortable to sleep. Very littte wifi in Bedroom Two flights of stairs to carry suitcase.

Convenient and clean Beautiful unit and very clean. The location was close to everything. Management was very quick to answer and address any needs we had. Our windows wouldn’t stay closed which contributed to noise from outside. You are in the middle of Soho. There is quite a bit going on at night which is to be expected but with the windows fixed, the noise was not an issue at all. I would say that the only issue from someone who is from the US and not familiar with policies on air conditioning, this unit states that it has it but it is in the closet and must be positioned in a window. We found this out from maintenance. We would probably not be able to do it ourselves but the unit was always a comfortable temperature and we never needed it. If needed, I would say maintenance would be right out to set it up. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience here.
