The rooms are always very clean . New modern design and soft clean linens & they have blackout6r⁴43r23(int Beds are new and very comfortable. The location and accessibility to everything in Nashville is great! The breakfast is simple & small but nice and is enough to get you going. The front desk staff is nice and helpful and American.

This was a great hotel by any standard; I am continually and consistently impressed by Hampton inn.
This is important, though, if you're staying here to go to the airport.
Arrange and schedule the shuttle to the airport when you check in. It's much cheaper to park at the long-term parking at the hotel, $10 a day, then it is to park long-term at the airport. Plus you don't have to walk as far. But, wait outside when it's time for the shuttle to pick you up. They will not come in and announce their departure, they will not look for you, they will not actively make sure they are not leaving someone behind.
We were finishing our breakfast and sitting at a table and when it was 2 minutes after I went up to the counter and the shuttle had already left.
Learn from my mistake!

WOW, this place had so many negatives! 1st, got locked out of room right away. Had to switch rooms. TV only worked after I screwed around with awhile. After settling in, checked out room and found disgustingly un clean: toilet seat not clean, sink reminents of shaved hair, faucet only wiped off but not clean. Curtains in room not hanging right. The door had gaps in the jamb you could feel cool air rushing in. I feel like if Wyndam is going to support or hand out franchises, they should have better standards than this. This is apparently a short stay hotel and it would be nice if these places would have to state that in their descriptions. Won't stay at another Wyndam association for this very reason, do better!

Beware if you’re booking Park & Ride parking here!
We booked parking at the Baymont Inn through AirportParking.com and returned to find our passenger window smashed out. The parking lot is completely open with no gate or any deterrent to criminal activity. The hotel made it clear they are not responsible for any damage to vehicles.
If Baymont is going to offer and charge for extended parking, they should at least install a gate or some kind of security. Until then, I’d strongly recommend paying extra to park somewhere safer. Trying to save a few bucks cost me a lot more in the end!

We do apologize that this happened to you. After contacting the police department to inform them on this issue - they informed me that its not just our hotel, but many others in the airport area around this time of year. I'm so glad that my staff was able to seal the window up while you guys were away! Thank you for understanding!
