Totally unprofessional! I will never do business with them again.we called to get an estimate on three windows. The lady said they were busy and would have them call back to schedule an estimate.took 3 weeks for the call back. Scheduled the estimate they were supposed to show up at 8/7/25. Around noon. My wife took off of work to get this estimate. She waited till 4:00 pm .She called back to the office to see if they were coming. The lady said they haven’t come yet? She said I will call them and call you right. She never called back. Don’t wast your time and money,call Cooks glass much more professional!
We called Basin Glass after waiting two weeks for another repairman to get back to us with when they would be able to come out. An entrance door to the business was not working correctly and the situation was getting worse as we waited. They sent their repairman, Travis, out that same day. Not only did he fix the issue but he also did maintenance on the adjoining door to make sure we didn't have any issues arise with it. Travis was very professional and thorough. Basin Glass and Travis will be our "go to" from now on.
