Unfortunately, we had a less than satisfactory experience when hiring Barr Transportation for our wedding. The driver of the bus was given a schedule which they did not follow and when our wedding coordinator tried to get the driver to follow the agreed upon plan, they refused. This left me, my husband, several members of our bridal party, and family stranded at our wedding venue on our wedding night. We left guests waiting for over an hour at the after party because the Barr bus driver left without us and we had to find alternate transportation. To say this ruined our night would be an understatement. When trying to come to a solution we were told Barr is “not liable” due to some tricky wording in their terms and conditions. Mistakes happen, but this was handled extremely poorly. We suggest looking elsewhere for transportation needs.

We suggest looking elsewhere for transportation needs.
Barr Transportation provided excellent service today for Mount Zion Baptist Christian School field trip. Our driver, Ms. Rita, arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. We arrived at our destination on time and returned to our school on time. The bus was clean and our ride was enjoyable.

Bar buss transportation is a top-notch choice for your transportation needs. My grandson's birthday party was a huge success thanks to the excellent service provided by Barr transportation. Scotty and Adam exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend Barr transportation for their professionalism, kindness, and fabulous yellow bus.

Barr provided shuttle service from hotel to venue & back for my daughter's wedding. There was a communication breakdown with the new driver & some guests were left stranded at the venue. The company took ownership, apologized & rectified the situation. Errors occur and it's all about how they are handled that make or break a company. Barr handled this error extremely well. I would use them again.

Barr Transportation provided shuttle service on the day of our wedding for our guests to get back and forth from their hotel. They were responsive to our outreach and followed the events’ timelines perfectly. They drove safely and provided clean, reliable vehicles. We are very pleased with our experience with them.
