The stitching was perfect and the quality of the gown was superior to anything i have ever seen. It is the most stunning Baptism gown and so much more beautiful in person than in the on line pics. I was looking for a lot of options for a customised dress for our baby boy's baptism and it was Navin's who ensured to follow up right from the time of inquiry till the product was delivered. There was no need to when check with them on the status and we were ensured about timely delivery which indeed was delivered even before the promised date. The dress, material, custom stitch, everything was perfect and there was no room for any further questions at all. Perfect customer service and retention.. you guys have mastered it..
