The service was not the service we're use to receiving at other Banfield locations. We won't be going back!

Staff is great, docs are wonderful. My only problem is their hours in Carmel/Westfield are terrible. Wr had to switch to a different Banfield that is smaller and I don't like it as much

We travel with our dog frequently so it is comforting to know that his records travel with him to any Banfield. We have been seen in three different Banfields in three different states. All are very knowledgeable and professional.

Do not ever sign up for subscription service ever. We had an emergency with our Great Dane and they refused to even see him! Why? -they have diagnostics and X-rays on site -at least that’s what we always were led to believe. They basically told us to go see an emergency vet. Why do we pay a monthly fee? We tried to get out of our contract as the experience was terrible. They would not let us and we don’t trust them at all. Will not return and we have been forced to continue to pay . Why also are you not allowed to go back with your pet into the room??? No vet has ever practiced this way.

They were absolutely wonderful and helped explain everything and lab results for our pet our beautiful Kitty Willow.
Update: I went back in today but a month after cat was seen and the gal Who helped us she saw me and she came to me and said how is your cat and called her by name and asked about the stuff that we had bought her on that visit so it had been awhile that she remembered these things and I thought that was very awesome 👌

I have been totally amazed when I've gone in there, they have remembered me, there is one young lady in there was asking how Willow is and I can't believe she remembered her name ,named Sara I think. This other young lady named Alyssa she remembered my last name and my pet's name. This to me really made an impression. She even remembered we got this pheromone plug in that helps keep our Kitty calm and not stressed . You guys rock ,and both you gals are amazing!
