I ordered a pair of shoes for my son on August 17th. The total cost (with the $18.95 S&H fee) was nearly $70. The shoes we received were clearly used and badly damaged. The sole was coming off of the right shoe, the “paint” was peeling off, the shoebox was destroyed. Whoever sent these shoes had to KNOW THEY WERE DAMAGED. I immediately begin trying to initiate a return or replacement via email using bandmans@bandmans.com. I never received a response. I could not find a phone number anywhere on their mobile website. I finally found a phone number on August 25 but customer service had already closed. I called on August 26 and spoke with Maria, who told me to send an email and the pictures to the Email address above (I had already used multiple times.) She then told me to send the pictures to HER using orders@bandmans.com. I called back on August 27 as I received no response.) I was told that Maria was on lunch, but she did receive the pictures and she would call me back and she did almost immediately. However, she informed me that the best they could do is offer a refund minus a restocking fee of 20% and they would not refund the S&H. They offered to send another pair, but I did not need another pair since I had already purchased replacements and his first game is August 29th. I was then transferred to Gretchen who was just clearly annoyed by my request for a full refund. She agreed to not make me pay the restocking fee, but she was adamant that their policy was to not refund the shipping and handling. She kept trying to talk over me was less than sympathetic and was very rude. She, I asked her if it was in her company’s policy to send damaged shoes and she immediately said “please hold” and I heard the standard hold music. The next thing I heard was “this is Gretchen.” So rude. I gave her my name and asked if she knew what was going on and she said she was aware of this situation. She asked what I wanted and I told her that I wanted a full refund for the shipping and handling as well. She said I was not going to get a refund for the shipping and handling and began to berate me saying that all I wanted to do was argue and I said I guess I’m going have to “get a lawyer.” She said “oh please. over $20?” I informed her that I would be contacting the owner. That is not how you speak to people. And $20 is a lot of money when you work for every dime that you get! This is a repulsive, unsympathetic, atrocious company and Nichole, nor Gretchen should be in customer service! It’s not like I received what I ordered and just changed my mind. I can post pics if anyone cares to see them. I WILL MAKE CERTAIN NO ONE IN MY COMMUNITY EVER USES THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. $70 for a pair of shoes that are unusable is A LOT OF MONEY for single parents!!
I ordered 2 majorette uniforms for my daughter. Customer service was great throughout the design and order process. We had an issue following this. However, I was contacted quickly and the issue was quickly resolved. The uniforms were beautiful! I gave 4 stars only because the cost of shipping is so high.
This Company is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! BandMans got my uniforms done in record time with an amazing price. The quality is honestly the best Ive EVER seen. My kids were literally screaming when they saw the the uniforms. Ask for Nicole, she is very pleasent and responds very fast! You will not be disappointed!!

I attempted to place an order for custom marching band uniforms several months ago. When attempting to finalize the order, after some setbacks with sizing and quantity requirements, sales attempted to raise their price I was quoted around 3x the original quote. Their sales team then stopped responding to any emails. Very disappointed!

I spent $366.90 on a jacket for my son who was a drum major. He designed it and was super excited for his last high school marching season. We ordered the jacket in a 44 from Colton Virden. It arrived just in time for marching season, but was a size 40. My son sent the jacket back as it was too small and not what he ordered. After verifying the jacket was returned, they were going to fix the issue. Later they told my son that it was a custom jacket and they would not fix their error but we could buy/order a new jacket. Poor customer service. And we have nothing to show for $366. Felt like i was scammed.
Incredible customer service! I was looking for the quickest delivery of a large quantity of bell covers, and Bandmans replied to my e-mail inquiry within the hour. When we subsequently discovered a purchase order error, Bandmans was able to get the product out the door and shipped within four hours. Very impressive!
Nah, we tried purchasing their band uniform for our school team, they website inquiry is a nightmare, no real accurate size charts, & they took 3 weeks to get back to us, I'd rather go to bandman.co their sales process seems to be much smoother.

Great customer service. We needed to get a pair of band gloves for our son last minute and looked this place up online. It looks like it caters to large orders. The gentleman that helped us was Brandon super nice great customer service and would totally recommend them for anyone who is looking for band gear.
Very bad company to work with. I’m still waiting for a uniform that was ordered Aug 9th 2019. It’s now Oct 28 and I haven’t received it. I was told on oct 3rd it was shipping on Oct 7 and still nothing. As of the past two weeks, their phone lines aren’t working nor is anyone returning my emails. Will never order from this company again!!!
