Also wieder einmal nur leere Worte.
All my dreams came true, when I found this studio: amazing concept, classes and great instructors (especially @Yurii: it was a real honor to have the possibility to take your classes!)
Unfortunately, from a customer-friendliness and business perspective - very disappointing - or "how I simply lost 1000 EUR":
I took the fixed price contract for 99 EUR each month in February 2023. Unexpectedly I was transferred workwise to Munich in April. I have written a lengthy letter explaining my situation and asked for any compromise because I planned to return to BalletSports as soon as I got transferred back to Frankfurt.
I simply got the automated response that I still needed to pay until February 2024. I referenced to the special circumstance of my impossibility to join their classes, which was completely ignored.
Guys, I really need to tell you: this is completely unserious for a business you would like to look like. I have just thrown 1000 EUR out of my window. Just feel the difference: I canceled my contract with the fitness studio fit Seven Eleven and they accepted my document, proving that I'm living in Munich right away, cancelled my membership on the next day and invited me to join their fitness club with 3 months for free, once I get back to Frankfurt.
Guess which studio I'm going to join and which I will never step a foot inside again?...
Management Summary: a truly good studio with a very unserious way of running their business and treating customers in the 21st century.
Dear Lena, thank you very much for your feedback! Unfortunately a yearly contract is not possible to quit earlier, therefore we have monthly contracts which are bit high priced but give you the opportunity to change within a month. As of this moment we are not a big studio as Seven Eleven and cannot offer their prices or conditions also because of very small classes and limitations. But we definitely will consider your feedback for the future! Thank you again!

Update August 2023

So macht Ballet Spaß!
I’m writing the review I wished I had read before joining this school. First the good: it has some great teachers and the premises are lovely. The bad: the management and organization are disastrous. It would highly benefit from having a professional running the place.
Our experience: we started with the pre-ballet classes for my 3 year old. Everything was fine and one day the teacher got sick and they sent a quite inexperienced replacement. I messaged the owner saying I would appreciate to be notified if the teacher is sick because these are young children we are talking about. Their response: we cancel your contract and your daughter is kicked-out of the summer show. An absurd overreaction! I was expecting a short apology from the owner but instead lots of calling and messaging followed because she refused to rectify such doing. Not to mention how heartbreaking it was for my little one who had been rehearsing regularly for the show. I really feel the pre-ballet students are not treated with the respect they deserve and merely kept as a financing source for the school — the fees are quite sizable.
With respect to the adult classes: there was a class at the same time as my daughter’s so I bought a 10 class card to use the time that I had to wait for her class to finish, how convenient! Well I got to use it twice and then they canceled my class. I asked if I could get refunded for the over 200 EUR in classes I couldn’t fit in my schedule anymore and they said NO. I did tons of juggling around to be able to go to a different class, I went some three times and, guess what, they cancelled that class too. You would imagine I got a message informing me that my class was to be canceled, or at least the teacher saying “hey there is no class next week”. But nothing like this ever happed: both times I had arranged childcare and arrived dressed and ready to find out there is no class! And it is my fault because I’m supposed to keep looking at their website for the latest schedule every time I go to class, who does this?! Now I have to go back to juggling my schedule to see if I can make use of the bunch of classes I already payed and won’t get refunded for.
It is such a simple thing to inform students when a class will get canceled or if a teacher is sick. A matter of respect for other people’s time and previous commitments. That’s why I feel the organization and management leave lots of room for improvement. It should at least be managed by a less hot tempered person. This is a pity, since the teachers and the place are quite good. So if you do decide to join this school, brace yourself for the lack of professional management and disrespect that comes with it.
Dear Paula, thank you for your feedback! We are very sorry that you had some complexities.
We used to inform, if there are changes in the kids classes by email. The teacher that was substituting in your case, was several times before the case in the class, and the children did know her already. It was not an unexperienced teacher. And I’m sorry to say that you were very rude to the teacher. We are not willing to leave clients, that are not respectful to our teachers.
Your child was not thrown from the show.As you can follow up our conversation, her name was found in the list.
Concerning the classes for the adults. The schedule is not fixed in these classes. This is done for everybody to be more flexible and to get the chance to visit other classes too. As these classes of adults and kids are not fixed together, we never promised to keep those classes for same time.
Nevertheless, I still offer you to quit your contract, if you are so disappointed.

This is definitely not a suitable place for children. They have a hostile attitude towards parents. For the sake of your own mental well-being and the well-being of your children, you can find another place. I think they believe they are the only ballet school in Frankfurt.

I would like to convey the problem we encountered in its true form, and I leave the decision to you. We enrolled our 3-year-old daughter in this ballet school in April, along with a few other families who also enrolled their children in the same period. Later, we heard that there would be an end-of-year performance. Initially, we didn't know that the ballet school was organizing this show. We learned about it while chatting with other parents. Anyway, that's not the problem. Before the lessons started, costumes were distributed to everyone for the performance. There was supposed to be a costume rehearsal. However, they didn't give a costume to our daughter. When we asked why, they said that we hadn't registered her for the end-of-year show. The management claimed that they sent a form at the end of April and those who wanted to register should fill it out and send it back. However, our email address was not included in the mailing list they sent. We learned this from other parents as well. When we asked about the reason for this, they said that we registered late, and that's why they didn't send the email. The funny part is that the email was sent to those who registered on the same day as us. I pointed out that it was their mistake and they needed to rectify it. Instead of fixing the issue, they still tried to sell us tickets for the performance. They suggested that our daughter could watch this year and participate again next year, which is absurd. Can you imagine, they proposed that my daughter should watch her groupmates perform while she's left out? I was incredibly angry, and we immediately canceled our enrollment. Instead of resolving the situation with two weeks remaining until the performance, they chose to make the problem even more complicated. Unfortunately, this is unacceptable, and my daughter experienced a great disappointment. Putting aside customer satisfaction, disappointing a 3-year-old child is beyond anything I could imagine. It's an absolute disgrace.
Note:
After my previous comment, we received an email from the manager of the school. She said she want to have a personal conversation with us about the issue and expressed their desire to have this discussion before the lesson. My daughter was prepared to attend the class, and we were all waiting in the waiting room for the class to start. Then she arrived, and while I thought we would have the conversation in a different room, she started talking in a way that everyone in the waiting room could hear. I thought it would be a positive conversation, but she began speaking in a loud voice and was definitely not listening to us. She told us that we had to leave the school immediately and made it clear that she wouldn't allow our daughter to attend the class. Can you imagine? My daughter was ready for the lesson, and she told us to take her away immediately and that they would refund our money. She mentioned that if we don't left, she would call the police. Of course, she didn't call them. And I made it clear that my daughter would definitely attend the class and that we would leave without waiting for the contract to end. All the children somehow entered the class, including my daughter. However, later on, she tried to forcefully remove my daughter from the class herself. I told her that she shouldn't touch my daughter. Of course, I had a hard time controlling myself. With the intervention of other parents, my daughter stayed in class, and after the class ended, we took her and left. During the class, some parents expressed their discomfort with the situation and stated that it was wrong for her to behave like this in front of the children. Trying to forcibly remove a three-year-old child from a class is nothing short of pure evil. Despite my insistence on discussing this matter in a separate room, she wanted to argue with us in front of everyone. I hope no one has to face such a situation. At this point, it doesn't matter who was right. I can't comprehend how a person can treat a three-year-old child in this way.
