We had a great time. Putu was lovely and so innocent.
There were disappointments but at the same time some experiences which out weighs the disappointing attribute. Very accommodative and welcoming services.
I would just suggest if tour guides could stay with the group and go through sites and explain its significance plus take photos rather than leaving the visitors be..which can be confusing.
One of the other down fall with this tour organiser was if for some reason you could not do 1 of the activities, no refund or compensation was given eg if the group members got injured in the prior activities on the day.
The itineraries were set for failure. The activities listed for the whole day was not achievable given the distance required to travel so we were always rushed. Poor driver tried to get our group to the listed itineraries as much as he could though only if we skipped a few activities listed.
In future I would not do these tours as it really wasn’t worth the hype.
Bali swing is only a photo shoot: we end up paying extra to get photos uploaded to your photo. U pay extra for costumes. Refund for hair accessory
Rice terrace is not worth the travel and definitely not suitable for people with injuries and elderly.
ATV is at ur own risk..the quad bikes completely tipped over twice for two of our group members who needed medical assistance.
River tubing:
We had to walk down a very slippery downward steep steps to get to the entrance of the cave. Again not suitable for people with injuries and elderly.
Heavens gate: really far yet only to wait for 2-3hours when they call ur ticket number to get photos taken with your phone.
have to purchase sarong at the very entrance then attempt to walk up a very steep hill..hire a bike ride up the hill
Infinity pool is great: we could not spend much time there because of the issues I have listed above.
At the end of the day: it was our first time in Bali. We enjoyed exploring our selves.
Budi and Wayan provide an excellent service. Always on time and always safe!
I have used their service on multiple trips and will continue to use them when I travel Bali.
They offer airport, hotel to hotel, or day tour packages. All extremely well priced. They are happy to make stops along the way and it’s also great to get that first bloody cold Bintang in the car when you first arrive at the airport ( on special request)!

Budi and his team made our holiday easy and fun. As a family of 4, including a toddler, we were concerned about car travel. No problem- he arranged for a car seat.
Budi organised tours for us, tickets to the best play areas for kids and always made us feel comfortable and looked after.
Even though the traffic in Bali is heavy and rough, Budi drives carefully and with consideration.
If you are looking for a driver and your operator for a family choose Budi and his team. You can’t go wrong.
We had an amazing 8-day family vacation in Bali, and Budi made our experience unforgettable! He was incredibly polite, patient, and accommodating, especially with our young children (2.5 years and 6 months old). Every day, Bodo picked us up in his spotless car and took us to some of the best spots in Bali for tourists. He made sure we had a smooth experience, even arranging a wonderful nanny for our infant daughter, which was a huge help. Budi was the best driver. He was recommended on a Facebook group and made the pickup super easy from the airport and had water and aircon car ready for us. We also hired Budi to take us on a day trip to Ubud - shopping, cave tubing, rice field and swing, art markets. He then took us back to the airport and was like having a friend over here. Was very well priced. Will use again!

We wanted to cover all must visit destinations, and Budi helped me plan our trip as per our choice at all the time. Package given was also affordable and inclusive of all possible facilities. And the best part was he available whenever I had called him or WhatsApp him. We were totally 10 people and all transfers to and from the destination. Budhi was our BEST FRIEND for the 1 week that we stayed in Bali. Right from picking us from the airport to dropping us to our hotel to taking us sightseeing and shopping, he made our experience truly amazing.
