This was a return journey, with El Rey. Positives- It was easy to book, the boats were clean and boarding staff were helpful. We checked weeks before that we would be able to have assistance with our bags, this service is NOT available, no trollies or staff, we are of a certain age and had to carry, not wheel, our luggage through the car park on broken pavements and in the heat (500m) to a chaotic port building, we then had to beg for help to get down a flight of stairs and another,hot (250m) to the ferry. On the return journey similar happened, we manged after again begging to find a member of staff to carry the bags from the terminal to the end of the jetty, which we happily paid for. The staff behind the desks both sides were smiling and unhelpful. Another point is when you board you are offered to sit up top for 100,000 cash! Be aware that taxis will take you to the port but are not allowed to drop off at the entrance to the terminal.

We took the ferry + shuttle bus to go to Kuta Lombok with them at 8am, the ferry was ok leaving at the time they said but when we arrived to Lombok harbor to take the bus we had to wait 1h and 30 minutes, the bus was finally leaving at 10:30am!! I mean I waste of our time… pay a little more and don’t go with them
La excursión era para ir a las 3 islas. En isla nemo te llevan a ver unas estatua bajo el agua, pero paran unos 8 barcos a la vez, más de 150 personas, es un agobio y no se disfruta. Además los barcos pasan muy cerca de la gente con sus hélices al descubierto, ir con cuidado. El resto de paradas son algo mejor y más tranquilas, donde puedes ver corales, peces tropicales y tortugas. Lo que no nos gustó la parada obligatoria de 1hora para comer en un restaurante escogido por ellos, para después volver al barco y ir a gili air a ver un criadero de tortugas 10 minutos y volver a gili Trawangan. Se podrían ahorrar esta parada y disfrutar más tiempo de snorkel, que para eso paga la gente.

Please note that the Public snorkeling trip follows a shared route and schedule used by many boats in the area. That’s why certain snorkeling spots, such as Nemo Point, can get quite busy at the same time.
The lunch stop at Gili Air is also part of the standard itinerary — all boats make this stop before continuing the trip. We understand that it can feel crowded, but it ensures every guest has time to rest, enjoy lunch, and see the turtle sanctuary before returning to Gili Trawangan.

Esperienza pessima già in partenza!!!!!
- mezz’ora di ritardo nella partenza.
- barca non coerente con le foto che ci avevano mostrato durante l'acquisto dei biglietti.
- abbiamo acquistato una fast boat per la nostra tappa e invece, abbiamo fatto tutte le tappe, non previste in fase di scelta e acquisto.

The service is a complete scam! They say the advertised price (275,000) is to Sanur, but it’s actually the price for a slow boat that takes 10 hours. The real price is 450,000. The second lie is that they claim the fast boat trip to Sanur makes a stop in Padang Bay and then continues to Sanur. But they don’t drop you off in Sanur by boat — they take you there by bus. So the trip that was supposed to take 3 hours ended up taking 7 hours. And to top it all off, the bus ran out of fuel, and the driver had to wait in line for 30 minutes to fill up.
Terrible service. I don’t recommend it!

The absolute best fast boat experience we could have possibility asked for. They are so kind and accommodating with any request we had. We were a rather large group of people and planned a fairly spontaneous trip. We has asked to change our boat departure location and were accommodated in such a kind way. When we arrived at the docks with 8 people, they knew us by name and lead us to the boat. The service was great and the boats staff that we met along the way were some of the kindest staff we had ever met. They were incredible! Looking forward to coming back again.

Our experience with the ferry + transfer to Bali was unfortunately not very good. We were told the trip would be a direct ride from Gili T to Bali, but not only did the boat leave more than 40 minutes late, it also made two additional stops in Gili Air and Lombok. They also said the trip would take 1,5 hours, but it took almost 3h with the delays.
On top of that, we paid 400k for the ferry + transfer to Canggu, but the transfer turned out to be more like a local public van. It dropped us off very far from Canggu, so we still had to take a taxi and spend over two hours in traffic to finally get there. The whole trip took 8 hours instead of the 3 to 4 hours they said.
That said, the staff were very friendly and the boat itself was fine, despite the disappointing parts mentioned above. We just hope they will just learn from this review and be transparent about what they are selling.
Si quieres que te proporcionen información durante la excursión, olvídate. Son desagradables, opacos y desinteresados en que vivas una experiencia real. Van a volumen, buscan tu check y a otra cosa. Además es una experiencia masificada poco disfrutable. El lado bueno es que es barata y la puedes usar para ir hasta Gili Air y quedarte ahí hasta el final del día, cuando regreses por cualquier otro medio. Solo en ese caso es recomendable.
ACHTUNG ABZOCKE!! Wenn wir könnten, würden wir - Sterne geben. Es gibt einen teureren Preis für eine kürzere Reisedauer uns einen günstigeren für ca 4,5 Stunden Fahrt. Wir haben extra den teureren Preis bezahlt, damit die Reisedauer nur 2,5 Stunden beträgt. Nun sitzen wir 2 Stunden in Nusa Penida fest und benötigen in Summe über 5 Stunden. Vermiest einem richtig den Urlaub und raubt fast einen ganzen Urlaubstag.
