Enjoyed the trip but sadly when we got back there were only photos, not the promised videos. This was really disappointing as I thought he was filming us swimming with the turtles. Tried to find answers but none . Part of the reason we were sold on the private trip was the videoing of us.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fast boat from Gili to Bali – a bit bumpy, but efficient We took a fast boat from Gili Trawangan back to Bali, and overall it was a smooth and efficient trip. The boarding process was a bit chaotic, as is often the case with island travel, but once we got going, everything went fine. The boat ride was quite bumpy at times, especially if you’re sitting in the back or if the sea is rough – so definitely not recommended if you’re prone to seasickness (bring motion sickness tablets just in case). That said, the staff were professional, and the journey was relatively quick – around 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on conditions and stops. The views were beautiful, and it’s a convenient and affordable way to travel between the islands. Just don’t expect luxury – it’s basic transport that does the job. Tip: Try to book with a reputable company and arrive early, as the boats can get busy during peak season.

Были куплены билеты с Бали на Траванган в порта ПадангБай туда и обратно. Туда доехали нормально,на более менее комфортной лодке. Обратно-ад, ездили по всем островам , включая Ломбок, развозили и сажали новых пассажиров. Кондеи не работают, стоят в ошибке, в салоне лодки просто ад-жара и духота такая, что можно потерять сознание.

We hebben hier onze 4D3N Komodo Trip van Flores maar Lombok geboekt en waren zeer tevreden. Ze hebben alles netjes geregeld en er was fijne communicatie. Ze hebben een aantal vragen/onduidelijkheden van ons prima opgelost en we hebben dan ook een top tijd gehad!

showed them my booking confirmation and email — clearly paid, clearly valid. They told me my name wasn’t on the list. I stood there shocked. Then, they offered to “sell me a new ticket” on the spot — for more money. Scam tactic 101: deny the original booking, then resell the seat. I refused, but others around me fell for it.

No refund. No apology. Just shoved us onto a different boat that was clearly cheaper and in much worse condition. The staff was unhelpful, rude, and kept blaming us, saying we were late — complete lie. I was standing there watching it happen to other travelers too. They clearly overbook on purpose and downgrade you without telling you or giving money back. Pure scam behavior. If you value your time, money, or basic respect — stay away from this company. I’ll never book with them again.

⚠️ Terrible Experience — Be Careful! I rarely write bad reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I booked boat tickets for me and my wife from Gili Island to Bali with this company. We arrived 20 minutes early, fully on time, and were shocked when they told us the boat was full and we couldn't board — despite having confirmed, paid tickets. Instead of offering a proper solution or refund, they pushed us onto another boat — a cheaper and much lower-quality one — with no explanation or apology. The ride was uncomfortable, and the entire experience felt like we were treated as less than human. When I tried speaking to their customer support, they were rude, unprofessional, and blamed us, saying we were late — which is completely false. I even saw the same thing happen to several other passengers. This seems to be a pattern, not just a one-time mistake. We felt scammed, disrespected, and incredibly disappointed. A simple apology and refund would’ve gone a long way, but instead, we were treated like we didn’t matter. Please think twice before booking with this company. Your trip could be ruined like ours.

Einfach nur verarsche. Die Fähre um 10 Uhr hält noch bei den anderen Inseln an bevor man rüber nach Padangbay fährt. Obwohl wir mehrmals gefragt haben wurde gesagt das die Fähre direkt durchfährt. Und deswegen wurden die Tickets uns für teurer verkauft und gesagt das er direkt durchfährt. Aber die Boot fährt überall an und fährt danach nach Padangbay.

Wir haben ein Ticket extra um 10 Uhr gekauft, damit wir direkt durchfahren können. Das Boot ist an Gili Air und Lombok gehalten. Dann könnte man auch die nächste Fähre nehmen die wenigstens wahrheitsgemäß überall hält für 200 oder 250k bei anderen Anbietern. Betrug und Täuschung
