I hired Khambrel Davis to represent me in my lawsuit. First after receiving 90% of the money of the agreed amount he withdrew himself from my case without my consent. I had to find a new lawyer and lost the money I paid him to represent me. Second, Kam missed the mediation (no call, no show) scheduled with the opposing counsel. I also missed the mediation because he never informed me of the mediation. As a result the court awarded sanctions to the opposing counsel and again I was never even informed about this, Khambrel paid the sanctions on his own in attempt to cover up the situation. I found this all out from another attorney after he withdrew from my case! This attorney made a mess out of my case, placed me on bad terms with the judge and took payment for a case he withdrew from and refused to refund me the money he took for a job he did not complete! BEWARE AND BE WARNED! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THUS ATTORNEY!
