Had not been here in a while. Ordered a Quesadilla and loaded potato for pickup. Got home and found this, which is either a large taco or the world’s smallest quesadilla. What a waste of money. Very disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Backyard Taco, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was perfect.
I decided to order the Al Pastor tacos, and they were absolutely phenomenal. The tacos were filled with tender, flavorful pork that had been marinated to perfection. The combination of spices was just right, giving each bite a delightful burst of flavor. The addition of fresh pineapple added a sweet, tangy contrast that perfectly complemented the savory pork. Every ingredient was clearly fresh and of high quality, making for a truly delicious meal.
The tortillas were soft and warm, clearly homemade and the perfect vessel for the delicious filling. I appreciated the generous portion size, which left me feeling satisfied without being overly full. The side of lime and the salsa bar allowed me to customize each taco to my liking, adding an extra layer of flavor and freshness.
Beyond the food, the ambiance of Backyard Taco is fantastic. The outdoor seating area is charming and comfortable, providing a relaxed environment to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The decor is vibrant and fun, reflecting the lively and authentic spirit of the restaurant.

Had the Papa Loca, and it was decent, not a fan of the tomato sauce they put on stuff or the cabbage. Almost tasted like carne asada mashed potatoes. I still liked it but it didn't fill me up. Also ordered a pollo asado burrito, and it was good. The service was fast and friendly.

This place has really good food meat very tender and seasoned well bread wasn't dry or falling apart great customer service with great attitude very welcoming out here from California I highly recommend if you're looking for great Mexican food

Tacos have gone down in taste very much. I remember these tacos were very tasty 5 years ago when I visited the location on University Dr. Also, over priced. 6 tacos and drink $27.00. Won't be coming back for those 2 reasons.
