Peter and the team at MLP are very professional. Always quick to reply, and the given advice is detailed and helpful. They are going the extra mile to provide you with all the help they can (for example Peter discussed some issues with our estate agent directly). All and all our purchase wasn't the easiest one but with the provided help the financial side was very easy.
I can highly recommend their services.

My wife found MLP online and we worked with Steven Langer, who was extremely professional, responsive and informative from the beginning. He guided us through the entire process and answered our many questions almost instantly throughout the 4 weeks+ of research, application and signing processes, both for the mortgage and the actual purchase of the property.
As a foreigner I was very happy that Steven spoke perfect English and was extremely friendly and communicative, which both my wife and I appreciated a lot throughout this stressful process in which we had no prior experience.
I can recommend their services to anyone interested in making bureaucracy easy, and wants access to the most competitive rates!

Steven and his team does an impressive job at providing the best services with minimum effort required. We were able to work out a mortgage offer in the first 24h with lots of advices and recommendations. I would strongly recommend MLP for those looking for professional mortgage advice and other financial related services also. Not speaking German can and will cause a lot of problems when you are 'in business' with banks and other insitutions so having an English speaking expert by your side is defintelly a big plus.

The whole team is extremely professional and maybe the most well organised consultants in this field.
They respond near istantly, provide always the right information and tailor the proposed mortgage solution to the customer's needs.
We worked with Peter who helped us throughtout the whole process from the start to the finish. He particularly supported us with solving any tiny detail, answering to all our questions, navigating us through the process and providing assistance alternatives to every problem.
Financing can become really complicated process with Banking requirements, and Peter made it extremely easy and straighforward for us.
I would recommend MLP as the single place to go without second thought.
