Arshy the repair mechanic arrived, did a great job both times( assessment and later the repair). He was so professional and friendly and explained to me why the system broke and offered tips on how to make it last longer. Air exchanger repair (for an apartment). Iâd highly recommend using b2b Cooling. đ

Payman repaired a commercial fridge at short notice. One evening, Payman talked me through some trouble-shooting via video call, in the hope of avoiding a call-out for my sake. Despite our best efforts, the fridge unfortunately still needed seeing to but Payman and his colleague responded very promptly the next day. They identified parts which were damaged and promptly changed them on site.
Would highly recommend and would certainly use b2bCooling services again.

Just wanted to recommend Payman from B2BCooling for going above and beyond the call of duty.
We had a slight issue with one of our fridges at our cafe. Called Payman yesterday morning and he came to sort out the issue late in the evening (way past my bedtime!) He didn't have to see us the same day, but he knew we needed this rectified, so he went out of his way to come and see us. Cannot fault his service, his professionalism and thank him for taking time out to help us.
Highly recommend him and his company for all commercial refrigeration and air conditioning services.
