Isahi and the team at BluEleven took such amazing care of me during the incredibly fast turnaround getting pre-approved for my first home purchase. They worked efficiently to get me ready for submitting my offer, and shepherded me through the mortgage process and my loan options when my offer was accepted! Given this was my first time going through the process, I had many questions and sometimes needed Isahi to explain terms and options to me in several different ways. She was patient and thoughtful, always striving to make sure that we were on the same page and that I was well informed. We had a fantastic experience with John and Troy from BluEleven.
The team at BluEleven were outstanding professionals who excel in their role with efficiency and diligence. They maintained a reassuring and calm demeanor throughout the cycle, even in extremely stressful situations - they were focused on achieving the desired outcome and were extremely resourceful when issues with the lending process arose.
The best part of working with John was that he was able to be creative and think of options we would have never thought about, given he is very experienced and knows this business like nobody else. John has been very patient, responsive, and most importantly in control, throughout the cycle. It brought us lots of peace, as we felt that we were in good hands.
