I don't write this with pleasure but as a warning for future clients of this accounting firm. I hired this company to bookkeep and file annual returns for me and my small business. Numerous large errors were made representing my business including completely forgetting quarterly filings, lack of pay stubs being sent, forgetting to mail 1099s to my contractors, filing the incorrect names with the IRS (which has yet to be corrected), incomplete annual filings to the state of Idaho. You name it and this firm failed me. I should have left a long time ago and I would have if their response time was reasonable and respectful. In addition to all of this, it appears the employee turnover is very quick and I never knew who to reach out to or attempt to speak with regarding any of these issues. Lastly, when I mentioned my frustration and willingness to drop the firm, not an apology or attempt to make anything right on their end was given, instead I had to wait a month for them to send me documents to take to my new accountant...Made my decision to leave this review much easier. I would avoid at any and all costs.

Veritas makes tax preparation almost enjoyable. Their process of working with their clients to understand their tax liability is extremely efficient. More importantly, their empathy and people skills turn a dreaded task into something to look forward to.

Our S-corp had tax issues that followed us around from CPA to CPA, which was incredibly stressful. Jalene not only got to the bottom of what had happened over the years, but she actually explained it all to us so we could make sure to not make the same mistakes in the future. HUGE relief, and I highly recommend this firm to anyone who would like to be "in the know" about their taxes.
