I approached B-Compliant regarding helping us with our FCA application for an VoP Permissions application, right away I new that we had contacted the right people. Their attitude and positive approach was fantastic. Maria Fox-Leonard was fully informed in helping us prepare our responses back to the FCA and Jeremy Smith helped with his knowledgeable insight into the FCA and how to ask the right questions. We have now successfully received out VOP permissions and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We dealt with B-Compliant on an FCA application over a period of about six months in late 2021-2022. Initially they appeared both approachable and knowledgeable and they'd come recommended. Unfortunately our experience of their service was extremely poor and in fact detrimental to our FCA application. Highlights were:.. BC supplied incorrect paperwork to us which was then submitted in good faith to FCA. Documents they pre-completed contained spelling errors and were incomprehensible. Agreed work was delivered late and incomplete to us. In short, a truly awful and incompetent service. I see that a response from the owner has now been provided. However it's incorrect as errors persisted throughout the process including a form (MIFID) being supplied full of errors a few hours before the agreed submission.

We endeavour to work with all clients on a basis of mutual respect and trust and will not shy away from any errors made by our team. We acknowledged at the time that one of the supporting FCA application documents supplied was incorrect, rectified it in a very short period and apologised in full, which we hoped had been accepted. We believed you were happy with the service you received, but clearly this is not the case and we are saddened you did not raise these issues directly with us.

We believe in working together with clients during the process of drafting and submitting key documents and always welcome any comments and feedback during this process.

We have worked with Jeremy and his team for the last four years. They initially guided us through the FCA application process and since approval have provided us with compliance advice. They set out the to dos very clearly, communicate efficiently and ensure that all deadlines are met.
