We had Azenco Outdoor design and build a custom pergola over our plunge pool just outside the master bedroom, and the result is absolutely stunning. The pergola is a perfect combination of modern design and smart functionality. The most amazing automated louvered pergola we have ever installed. Our Azenco pergola in our backyard is the last piece of the puzzle our backyard retreat needed and we love it. Seals tight unlike other brands and zero screws are visible. Well done Azenco Houston and Azenco for producing and installing it.

We could have a bought a car for price we paid. Nov ‘23 we signed contract more than 18 months later still unsolved issues with leaks, remote and automation which doesn’t work properly, rain sensor not functioning, issues with paint. Azenco after a lot of pushing, sent their top operation guy twice, who twice said install was good and gave “solutions” for installer. None of “solutions” worked. Frankly don’t think they care. Side note-they cut the powder coated metal vs cutting metal then getting it powder coated to avoid raw edges which create problems with finish. One of the many issues is every joints leaking Just one of many many issues. Installer has been to our home over 40 times, install process was a nightmare and unit had to be completely removed and reinstalled. We had options to go with another manufacturer which was a little less expensive and have huge regrets for not doing so. Looking forward to hearing from Azenco they have our email and phone number. Been 2 weeks since Azenco replied to this review and have had zero communication from them.

On both visits, the pergola was tested and confirmed to be operational, and detailed recommendations were shared with the dealer to correct the installation issues.

We recognize that not all concerns have been resolved and want to assure you that we’re actively reviewing the full scope of your project again. Our goal is to work closely with the dealer to ensure the necessary steps are taken and that you receive the long-term quality you expected.

We moved in to our new home in Melville a little over a year ago and quickly learned that the backyard patio was nearly unusable in the summer because it was soaked in the sun and extremely hot all day. After doing some research online, we contacted Gary Duff Designs and hired them to install a brand new, louvered Pergola from Azenco. We love the Azenco Pergola because we can adjust the amount of sunlight leaking through the pergola at any time, with the push of a button. It is truly the best of both worlds. With the pergola, our patio went from an unusable space to a serene, outdoor living area. Our experience with Gary Duff Designs and Azenco was amazing. Azenco even sent one of their owners to our house in NY to oversea the construction and make sure everything turned out perfect. We would recommend a louvered Azenco Pergola to anyone looking to add shade to their backyard with as much versality as possible.

We absolutely love our outdoor space made possible with our R-BLADE motorized pergola. Living in Wilmington NC we have amazing weather but do get the occasional hurricane. Our motorized pergola allows us to enjoy the outdoors in all weather conditions. We used Backyard Specialists in Wilmington and couldn't be happier with the end product.
