May I just say the Miguel is the best service employee I have ever came across. Every time I come to Axxis he is there with a positive attitude and works so efficiently. On top of this, he is actually knowledgeable about damn near everything. This guy needs a raise. I feel like he's running this store solo... and man, is he on top of it!! Shout out Miguel, you're the reason I tell people to go to Axxis Audio and the reason why I will be coming back.

I went in with a CB issue and made an appointment. Patrick and Aron were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Aron diagnosed the problem, explained it, fixed it, and I was on my way. I thought their prices were fair, and they have an awesome waiting area. These folks are 5 ⭐️’s.

I have had three dash cams installed, a head unit installed, and a back up cam installed. They did the jobs right, the equipment worked flawlessly. No scratches on my vehicles exteriors and the wiring was hidden and neat. I can't say the same for places that I used in the past, in Farmington. It's worth it to go to Axxis in Durango. Friendly and knowledgeable employees, that install mobile electronics like true professionals. Their attention to detail reminds me of my time in the military. They also repaired the wires to my rear door speakers, which had worn out over time from opening and closing the doors.

Patrick was extremely helpful and efficient. The original CD player in my old truck had been unreliable. It finally wouldn't load or eject the CD in the player. The service department for the vehicle told me it would take ONE MONTH to get an appointment to find the part number, then another appointment for installation of a new audio system and an additional 10 days after that to get the CD out of the old player. Patrick accomplished ALL of the above within 5 hours of my initial call. THANK YOU!

I first worked with Axxis in 1978 after my wife and I moved to Durango. Axxis helped us with our sound system & TV setup. Dan did a wonderful job. Over the years Axxis did numerous small and large installs on my automobiles and home. They were always helpful and professional. In 2013 we moved from the country to town. Axxis again did complete rewire and installs for TVs and music systems.at VERY reasonable cost to me. In 2024, Axxis did another major over haul of our equipment. I'd give Axxis a higher rating than 5 stars if it was available to me. Terms like, honesty, professionalism, anxious to please, reasonable pricing, promptness, open to questions, willingness to explain operation of equipment, and overall great employees all apply. Without a doubt the best audio/visual providers in Durango.

We had some issues with the stereo in our RV, and stopped by. They right away gave us an appointment just 30 min later. They figured out that we were just messing up the blue tooth pairing, fixed it and did not want any money for it! They could have just sold us a new stereo. ... Super nice!!! 5 STARS!
