Thank you for providing this feedback. It appears there was a miscommunication between the employee you are referring to and the office assistant. We do pay our employees, no matter the circumstances. The specific issue you are referring to is still being resolved. The wellbeing of our employees is always a top priority, and we apologize for the miscommunication. The issue you're referring to arose from the office assistant giving incorrect information to the employee. We have issued an apology to the affected party, and look to improve how we communicate with our employees in the future.

HORRIBLE COMPANY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO SEND ANY FAMILY MEMBERS AS WELL AS CLIENTS TO THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY !! The owner is highly disrespectful & very much unorganized, their is no type of professional style in this place !! They cannot keep employees as well as clients because they do not have Employees for the clients! they will run background checks on you & have all your personal information for the owner to be very disrespectful & expect others to not defend themselves in the most professional way !! The others that work in the office with the owner gets bullied by the owner ! Run over the employees and talk to them like children! Personal problems the owners deal with gets token out on the employees based off the owner not paying attention to the wrongs that is consistently been noticed this company have made employees work multiple hours without any switch off so their for the person working passed the state limit gets money token out of his/her check due to them being forced to work by the owner because their are no employees to cover the shifts needed !! Worse COMPANY EVER !!

Thank you for the feedback. We're very sorry you had an experience with our company that made you feel as though we were unprofessional. Axis Home PCA Agency strives to treat its employees with care and dignity, and the office environment is a healthy and professional one. As for your other concerns, we do not make our employees work overtime. If they do end up working overtime, we pay them. For the background check, as a PCA agency, we have to check people's background so our clients are taken care of. Once someone leaves our agency, we shred any documents of theirs that contain sensitive information. We don't keep documents with sensitive information for people who don't work for us anymore. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
