Was good fun. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Throwing axes was easier than I expected but hard to be consistently good at. Good challenge and overall a good day out. Highly recommended.

What an absolute horrible experience, phoned Saturday to book a table for Sunday, just to get their and find out there was never a booking made. The way the place is being operated is quite disappointing. The so called waiter told us to get in line he will bring a slip (note... we haven't even be seated) it's absolutely shocking. Not even to talk about how clueless the manager is, clearly no management or people skills, just told me to wait he will be with me now. The waitresses has no intentions to help you, nor do they have a clue what is going on. So many people got up and left. This place will never ever see us again. Will definitely not recommend to anyone, not even to my worst enemy.

I arrived at 10 only to stand in a long queue with my hungry family for a whole hour, wen it came time to dish up at the buffet they had run out of plates, no one monitors the queue or the station where plates cutlery n serviettes are as thy continue to run out. The owner had to go buy supplies like eggs n bread as it was running out. Worst experience ever as it can be easily managed by adding food stations and staff. We had to get up n go order our own drinks. There also wasn’t enough parking we had to park outside on th street on a busy road. The owners need to make a lot of changes

What a disgrace. Booked a table on Saturday for Sunday morning. Got there, no table available, booking was not entered in the book. There were a long que for the food and our famous people make their own Extra lines and invite all their friends and family to join them. 20 minites in the que and have not moved 30cm. Our favorite SA citizens were seen with full plates of food walking to their cars and leaving the food there just to go and get more. We decided to leave, this was revolting and sad to see how this business is operating. Never ever see me or my friends again. Disgusting!

We called ahead of time to book, when we arrived we had no safe parking as the owner of the nursery is rude and has no people skills reserves his open empty parking for nursery guests only, so his tenants guests have to park in the street, when we eventually got to the doors we were met by a que of people like a voting day, 100 strong this was 10:09 we waited 10min when the person running the que greeted us to explain they were extending the breakfast as the people in the que may not get a chance to eat, we explained we had a booking (standing just in front of us in the que was a man and wife he explained he had been waiting and just got his table and was now sent to the back of the que once again to que for food he was taken by the person who was helping us and shown where the food que started) we were taken to our table .... we sat for 15 min trying to get the attention of a waiter when we did we ordered 3 chocolate shakes and 2 coffee ( all were Ave and we waited 20min fir them) while we were waiting we asked where do we stand to get food and were shown the same que we had just been taken out of(position 105) and would now have to return to the que which had now grown to at least 120 strong .... ( on a side note the axes looked great fun but the same familie had been in the same throwing space till the time we left just over a hour and 20 min later ) we considered ordering off the menu but we could not find our waiter again to do so .... the owner whilst doing her best is not able in any way shape or form to controll, manage or run the business .... when we watched the que we saw people going to join the que anywhere they felt fit and nothing was done about it .... maybe 1 time would have been a mistake but over and over again..... so we eventually decided to leave..... my wife went to look for our waiter and get the bill ..... when she found him it was not rung up and he had to do so quickly to present the bill ..... this is the worst service I have ever had and worse its the worst service I have even heard of, I have never seen anything like it, do not go to Axe it for buffet breakfast.

Told we didn’t need to make a booking, overcrowded and poorly managed , lengthy ques for food and drink. So disappointed. I suggest booking times that you stick to to manage over crowding.

If I could give negative stars I would, What a shocking experience coming here, totally disorganised and terrible service!! I would only suggest coming here if you’d like to leave frustrated and disappointed. Take note that the owner doesn’t respond to negative reviews because they have zero care for customers , in fact they will blame you!

Service was really bad. We had to go to the bar and order our own drinks. The axe throwing feels very close to the tables so we were nervous the whole time. On the plus side food is affordable and buffet style, however plates and cutlery are hard to come by. Recommended for big gatherings.

The owner of the whole place is incredibly rude, he went out of his way to tell me about his toxic relationship with his tenants, really not necessary. The axeit part of the business is really fun. Suitable for coporates, family or group of friends. I will definately go there again, and just ignore the rude owner of the place.

Kids play area very boring for kids, to small and no fun toys for kids. Buffet breakfast disappointed limited seats and no order

The vibe is good. Cool place for team-building/ bonding. Food is nice.

What a disappointment!!!!! Wow what a Disappointment!!! We walked out!! Hungry as hell but we chose to leave! We decided to visit Axe It for their breakfast buffet after seeing the page on tiktok, it's less than 1km away from our place and I said to my partner" lemme take you out for breakfast ". We got there relatively late, we got there around 11h30 and the buffet ends at 12. I had told myself we'd order from the menu if we don't cover... Luckily they still took us for the breakfast buffet... WHAT A MESS!! Nowhere to sit, fine we managed to get a shared table and went to QUEUE for the food. I've been to buffets before but what I experienced today WAS THE WORST!! the line wasn't that long but because of constant food shortage it kept pausing and pausing, they took forever to refill, at this point I was MAD Hungry, I was LITERALLY MAD because WHAT BAD SERVICE IS THIS? FINALLY got to the front and guess what? Out of the 10 dishes I think, only 3 things (potatoes, mice and baked beans) were still there and the queue was stuck again... And it felt like FOREVER!!!!! the serving station only had 10, SMALL serving dishes, no wonder food runs out so fast, what also put me off is how messy it was, no one seemed to clean it, I even stepped on some food.. We had had enough at this point. We put down our plates AND left (even they were starting to grt heavy at this point but we couldn't out doen coz thry also run out of plates) , it was after standing close to 45min in the queue . No one even noticed we were leaving, the waiters are running around, the place is packed. It's chaos. I left so hungry, disappointed and angry. More than that I was embarrassed because I'm the one who initiated the outing to my partner and now we left hungry.. I was hoping we'd even do some axe throwing... Did not happen. My Sunday plans for my partner and I were ruined. At some point I was like "the food must be really good then if it's this packed" Unfortunately I didn't even get to taste that food. Definitely NOT returning!!!

Great concept but unfortunately service is lacking, waited 20 mins to be served, this after we had a waiter saying he will be back for our drinks order. Then took a further 15 mins to get our drinks when it was not even busy. We decided to skip ordering food due to this. Parking also a problem.
