Didn’t “keep me moving” Sadly I had a terrible experience with AWS, they did not “keep me moving”. Took my t4 in with occasional starting issues and a leaky windscreen. Was told drop it in on Monday and it’ll be fixed by the end of the week. Long story short they ended up having my van (daily drive) for well over 6 weeks! They didn’t keep me updated (until we called them), they also took it upon themselves to strip my fuel pump without either giving me a price first or having the parts to rebuild it in stock. This caused my van to become un drivable until parts which were on back order arrived as well as charging over £300 over their original quote (and what other rebuild companies which did have the parts were charging) for the privilege. When I finally went to collect my van (which they claimed to have test drove), the throttle stuck on as I left their yard, (caused by something having not being tightened properly), the next day the coolant warning light came on as the coolant was too low (radiator not bled properly), at this point I noticed my battery cover was missing which I had to ask them to send in the post. Not what I expected from a specialist and being over charged just added insult to injury. Disappointing really as I saw the body work they do on the Facebook videos and it’d have been handy to find a local specialist who could do that kind of work. I was offered a free service which I declined.

Great service from guys from start to finish had full gearbox refurbishment and new clutch and dual mass fly wheel great prices and great turn around and whilst Allan had car on ramps he also got my buckekled wheel rewelded and sprayed front splitter wasn’t even expecting it car drives like a dream now and looks amazing once again thank you for your expert mechanical skills and great treatment throughout

I needed the alternator changed on my car as quick as possible due to needing it for work, aws recovered my car in the morning and by the afternoon it was done and ready to go. Would 100% recommend! Thanks again lads.

Absolutely fantastic quick service!.Ensured I was OK and fixed my van replaced powered steering pump and check van over to ensure all else OK. Lovely guys that work there even saod if I'm concerned can always pop out and someome can take a quick look. Used these guys several times now gearbox replaced and other parts on van saved my van and me many times now can't recommend them enough ! Thanks !

I had a problem with my windscreen washer jets and every garage that I contacted couldn’t fit me in for at least a week. Somebody recommended AWS to me who not only gave me an appointment for the following day but said it was okay for me to wait while they looked at it. Many previous reviews that I read have said that they went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They certainly went above and beyond in my case and I cannot Thank them enough. Very polite and friendly bunch of lads. The problem I had has been sorted and I am so grateful to each and every one of them.

Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. They sorted out an engine service light and fitted new brake pads for us. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road and didn't charge extortionate fees for their services. Very friendly and professional service would definitely use them again.
