They are racist I applied with my son to a property here in Chattanooga,TN that they manage &I'm not sure if they are racist because we are biracial &my credit is 715 and my sons 750 no problem to pay the rent they resist renting to us for over a week now. No criminal issues they won't rent due to me having a service dog and an cat. There is excuse after excuse. I think if you aren't white they will not rent and I'm not a person who plays race card but in their case they don't want to rent to us based on our appearance & being new to this Christian community it is heartbreaking. I have to say I'm disappointed in this day and time. We will all have our day of judgment...Godbless all who find this helpful

Ok honest review time. We lived in an apartment managed by key renter for 1 year. For the first part of our time there, when we had to interact with key renter, we mostly only communicated with one person. And without getting too much into it, we had a bad experience. But we later learned that person was relieved of his duty, and after that, it was night and day difference. They were extremely responsive and quick to get things done that needed to be done. They were now very nice to talk to, and just overall great to work with. When I eventually become a landlord myself, I would definitely consider using key renter for my property management.

Awful. Our property was signed up to be a participant in a federal housing program that made us liable to certain requirements we had no idea existed and the property manager never informed us of until halfway through the tenant's lease. We had a plumbing issue and were told by Key Renter that they cant handle it unless we pay them extra (even though we are paying them to handle repairs as part of our contract). Every year we have had a different person from Key Renter call and say they are in charge of our property, never have we had someone consistently run our property. Communication always comes after the fact and never before when a heads up notice could prevent many issues. Been using them for 3 years and have not once been happy, but they are quick to promise and explain how great it will be. We live out of state and need a property manager to take care of issues we are constantly having to deal with ourselves.
