If you have a VERY simple sell/buy, it might be OK. Anything remotely more complicated, I would look elsewhere. For me, there was a lack of detail on the basics (like names on the purchase), non attendance on pre booked calls and as I had another small complexity they couldn't handle it and asked me to get a second solicitor to deal with that part.

Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for - an excellent all round service.

This has been the worst conveyancing service I've received. This is basically an online service at an inflated cost. For the service you're going to get you may as well use a much cheaper online provider or pay a similar price for a solicitor that you can see in person. You cannot speak to anyone unless you book an appointment online and there is rarely any availability on the same day. Most communication is done by email. They ignored certain emails of mine which caused an issue with insurance later for which we received a paltry and worthless apology. There was no support in completing any of the paperwork. Questions were answered vaguely, resulting in having to Google what some legal jargon meant. Shocking company, DO NOT USE, buying a house is too important to risk using this company.

Overall easy to use. Very digital based which was great for me but some people may struggle with.

Hidden costs. Wouldn't recommend them for anybody.

Avoid at all cost. I used AVRillo to purchase my apartment and they over charged me, deleted paperwork that I had signed and tried to get me to pay a higher stamp duty as a first time Home Buyer. They also attempted to make me pay for the previous owners outstanding fee’s. I reported them to the Ombudsman. I know that one person won’t make a difference but at least if I have stopped them from over charging one person I am glad I made the decision to report them. Their fee’s are not high which makes them a tempting company to use and most of the paperwork is done online which is convenient but please if you do or are using them go through all your paperwork with a fine tooth comb and stand up for what you believe is right.

The team are very helpful and work fast to get things completed cannot fault them at all with that. However they slapped us with a bill £2500 more than we spoke about on the phone bringing out total bill as first time buyers essentially to £5000 with absolutely no mention of extra costs throughout the process. For this reason alone I would not recommend using this firm.
