Avoca pools did my pool build (Landscaping was done by another company) which completed in June 2023. The build itself was quick. The guys are professional and was always early on site to start work. The main foreman Jake was really on point and made sure that I was informed on the status of the project on a daily basis and was very helpful in providing information when needed and answered my questions even after he had left the site for the day. The pool build itself only took a couple of weeks. The liner took a bit of time to be installed as they were relying on a 3rd party to provide the liner. Overall I was happy with the pool that was built.

I can’t say enough about how outstanding the service is here. From pool opening/closing to repairs or parts, recommendations and advice. I don’t trust anyone else when it comes to our pool. Mackenzie was super polite and helpful also

More problems with my mum’s pool. It’s only been a year and there is a leak in the stairs . A loose screw in the seemed to be the problem. The pool maintenance guy who fixed it said he had never seen such a poor installation of steps in a pool.

I was optimistic about the possibility of working with Avoca Pools because of their positive reviews online. The initial communication was great and I scheduled a pre-quote meeting with Andrew. He came out to look and my pool, we discussed what I was looking for and he said he would follow up within 2-3 days with a quote...that was about a month ago. I followed up with Mackenzie, their office administrator, and still have not received a response. Very disappointing and not at all what I expected!!

Not that it excuses anything, but it was a transitional time in our office and we definitely weren't as organized as we normally tend to be.
