I have been a patient of Dr Jansen for almost ten years. Growing up with genetically bad teeth, I resigned myself to the idea of smiling with a closed mouth. After being referred to Dr Jansen, we started on a path of completely changing my teeth. Dr Jansen not only makes sure that the teeth are healthy, but his focus is also on excellent aesthetic results. He is gentle and caring, and I have never worried about pain while in his chair. The process of giving me a winning, bright and shining smile took some time, but it was completely worth it!

Definitely an amazing practice to visit if you need a dentist! Like a lot of people I am afraid of the dentist, but Dr Emil and his staff were amazing. I felt so comfortable. I would really recommend them.

Dr Jansen is excellent!! He is very professional, empathetic and has extensive experience regarding minor and major procedures. I used to be terrified of going to my previous dentist but with Dr Jansen I am calm and confident that I am in good hands. Try this dental practice and you will not regret it.

Today is my fourth if not fifth visit to Dr Emil Jansen.Previously I went for other minor issues for my teeth.The doctor and his assistant are so professional and warm you even forget that you are at the dentist. They give details of everything they do on you,they are very gentle. Their rooms are very neat and fresh.The staff is very welcoming and friendly.Today I went for two teeth extraction at the bottom front.I was so scared obviously,I thought of the worst.I was not made to sleep,he only numbed the area he was going to work on.This was at 08:00 this morning.It is now 11:35 I am still sitting on my PC working since I came back. I didn't feel a thing,I only heard him telling me that one is out and the next thing the second one was also out.Up to now,no pain at all,no bleeding,no headache whatsoever.This went very smooth,I am so happy at last.The teeth has been bothering me for ages.So greatful for the doctor and his staff,may they keep up the good work they are doing on us,beautiful smiles.

Definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. Professional, clean and beautiful practice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to accommodate you. Dental work is perfect, first dentist ever to mix the colour for my teeth fillings precisely. Not once did I feel anxious. Would recommend without a doubt.

Ek wil net baie graag vir Dr Emil en sy baie baie ervare span sê baie dankie. Jy't verstaan, jy kon die hartseer sien, jy kon verstaan dat ek NOU hulp nodig gehad het. Jy het my trou dag ekstra spesiaal gemaak, ek kon op my beste glimlag! Julle het my op die hande gedra!
Vir enige toekomstige kliënte: Dr Emil het my glimlag weer teruggekry na 'n problematiese ervaring met 'n ander tandarts. Hy moes inspring en my tand red en vir my 'n nuwe tand bou. Kan jy sien watse een dit is? Ek kan ook nie :D!

Would not recommend. Called for an appointment today, but received the worst customer experience from reception. She was extremely rude. This is a dissapointing experience. I wonder if this is the company culture condoned by the practice.

Brilliant Dentist, but suppoting staff needs indepth training wrt customer service and business ethics. Behavior of previous clients are discussed in reception and non-payment is dramatized and presented to the awaiting patient(s). When phoning you are put on hold for 10 mins+, or the telephone line cut consecutively due too a lack of communication skills or petty, spiteful, childish behavior. Really pathetic and not advisable to anyone.
With many dentists in the area it should not be too difficult to find someone able to fix teeth and not milking you dry.
Whilst Dr Jansen is no doubt a very good dentist, his reception was manned by a very unprofessional and rude lady when I visited a couple of months ago. It was my worst experience at a practice for over 35 years. Upon returning to my office, I sent the Dr an email requesting an apology to which I have not received the courtesy of a response up to now. Only to learn it was his better half whom I dealt with at reception...

Dr Emil is a fantastic dentist who takes the time to explain the options available to assist you. He is both patient and professional. He is friendly and tries to assist as quickly as possible. He has been our dentist for many years and I would recommend him to all.
