Mark responded quickly and professionally to our query and offered us a fair quote. When he came to do the work, he realised that there was more damaged than we had realised. He alerted us to the damage quickly, explained why performing the initially quoted work would not be beneficial to us and suggested alternatives. We opted for a complete new felt and batons for the roof as well as the appropriate system to ensure that water gets into the gutters and cannot damage our house. This work was considerably larger than initially quoted for. Mark worked tirelessly to ensure that this could be completed as soon as possible so that our house would not leak. Mark and his team were professional, quick and I could not recommend them more. We are extremely satisfied with the work that has been carried out.

New Roof! I have recently moved into a new home and knew at some repairs were needed to the roof. I put out a request for a quote via Checkatrade and Mark contacted me back within 10minutes. He came round to inspect the roof and we agreed for emergency repairs and inspection. The scaffolding arrived the next day and the team started work on the Friday. Unfortunately the roof was beyond repair and Mark gave me a good price for a new roof. The team started the following Monday and completed about 90% of the roof in 1 day. I was kept well informed including pictures. I definitely recommend Avenue Roofing!

Replace roof The roof was replaced within a day because the crew was huge. This is because of the time of year and weather. They cleaned up after themselves and even removed the moss and cleaned the gutters whilst up there

Not only did mark answer the phone to me, a quick appointment was arranged to assess the work and provide me with a quote. Mark even made my roof safe until the repair date appointment which shows his values and pride in his work. All work completed to a high standard and on time and explained clearly. Can't fault anything with mark he's even coming back to finish another small job highlighted at the time. Thanks so much to Mark/avenue Roofing, would definitely recommend them!

Mark and his team was fantastic gave them a call within 48 hours. They came and had a look at my problem with the roof. Explained it in detail then an estimated two weeks like Mark, said to the day Scaffolding arrived then commencing the work the next day after the scaffold arrived, was very happy with the job completed in the same timeframe that Mark said even made me a photo album throughout the job. Explain in detail step-by-step would highly recommend. Thank you
