Just had our car break down due to a bad battery. Made it over to the Rangeline AutoZone where Eric went out of his way to help us. Checked the battery, alternator and starter. Replaced the battery for us right in the parking lot. Made a bad day so much easier to handle! Thank you Eric!!!!

Recently, the beam lights on my Toyota Highlander stopped working. I first went to the AutoZone on 106th Street and Michigan Road in Carmel, but the sales associate there told me that AutoZone didn’t carry the beam light bulbs for my car. I left feeling frustrated.
The next day, on my way to Riley Auto, I decided to stop by the AutoZone on South Range Line Road in Carmel. I asked the parts sales manager, Kenneth Perius, for help. Ken was extremely professional and helpful—he quickly found the correct beam light bulbs, exchanged them, and even replaced both lights for me. His excellent service completely turned the situation around.

We stopped in while staying nearby because we needed a windshield wiper. This was our first visit to this location. The staff was friendly and confirmed that the part we bought would fit our car. The price was a bit higher than Amazon, but the convenience of having it immediately outweighed the cost.

George is so charismatic, kind, and helpful. My car battery died today, and I called the store to see if they had my battery in stock. They did! As soon as I got there, George stepped in right away, got me checked out, and replaced my car battery in a jiffy! If you need somewhere to go, please go to this AutoZone off of Rangeline! The AutoZone in Carmel on Rangeline Is severely understaffed. The workers are working extremely hard and very Polite, very helpful and help every time I come into the store. This past week, I haven’t seen the store manager once in a store. Every time I come to AutoZone, I see the same workers working very hard. Seems like the workers are extremely exhausted from working very long shifts. For a multi billion dollar company you would think they would have all of their AutoZone fully stuffed and treat their employees very well
