Can't say enough good things about this AutoZone in Carmel. Had a particularly great experience though recently with an associate name Oliver. I was having issues with a new battery and couldn't figure out what was going on. Oliver came right out, took a look and not only identified the issue, but had it fixed within maybe 10 minutes. Super friendly guy, and seemed very happy to help. Superior customer service is hard to find these days - 5 stars for AutoZone and 6 stars, if I could give it, for Oliver! Thank you!

My daughter and I stopped at this AutoZone to replace a part that fell off of my truck’s hitch. The employees that assisted us helped us find the right product and let us borrow a tool to fix our issue. We also appreciated their hospitality while we waited out the thunderstorm.

I came today to double check an issue, Owen helped me out but didn't fully explain everything and I felt rushed even though was the only person in the store, and I was interrupted several times. Knowledgeable people but need to work on their customer service, has happened to me at this location many times. Will go to other locations from now on, who knows what I would've missed out on had I not gone to a different location before hand.

I’ve been shopping at this Carmel AutoZone for years. I recently purchased some tools that I may need to do a project. I didn’t use the tools and went to return them this morning. The manager Mike told me that tools cannot be returned because it had a scratch on it, contrary to their return policy. “To return a product to an AutoZone store, return an item in its original condition and packaging, with receipt, within 90 days of the purchase date to request a refund”….. needless to say, I will never shop at this location again. If they don’t honor their own policy, where does it end? If you buy something and don’t use it. You should be able to return it according to their return policy, even with tools. One star!! Never shopping again.

Superb service. My wiper blades separated and became unusable on my home. Stopped by, planning to swap out blades in the rain, but Mark came out and took care of it.

This is probably the worst auto zone around. Every other branch I’ve been too is always very helpful. The employees are usually very knowledgeable and provide quick service. This branch always seems like it’s drowning and I have had multiple interactions here where the clerk messed up something that ended up costing me a lot of time. I only like 2 minutes from this one but I will happily drive 15 minutes to another branch so I don’t have to step foot in here again.
