Today is June 6, 2026. It was raining outside and our windshield wiper started to fall apart on our driver side windshield as we were driving. We tried to fix it ourselves but apparently we didn't know what we were doing and it kept falling apart. We made the decision to pull into AutoZone auto parts around 7:30 p.m. and luckily we ran into George who immediately took charge, found the right wiper for our vehicle, rang us up really quick and installed it in less than 5 minutes...more like 2 minutes. It was magical, personable and affordable and quick. I cannot ask for anything more. I need to give more stars. George was awesome with his delightful banter and knowledge, not to mention his speedy take charge attitude. It was exactly what we needed at that point in our evening. THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME 😎

Erich was so kind and took the time to answer my questions & Help me find the correct gas cap replacement that I needed to get my check engine light off! He even tested it out with me before I purchased. This is the second location that I stopped at, Having no luck at the first one. Thank you Erich! I received processional and kind service for the purchase and installation of a replacement of a brake light when I didn't have my own tools. The shop held the part for me, and the staff member who helped me was both persistent and careful in getting the stuck back light assembly unstuck to install the replacement light, and tested before and after. Had a spectacular experience at AutoZone thanks to George Liapis, the Customer Satisfaction Parts Manager. We were dealing with a seized bolt during a battery replacement, and instead of turning us away or giving up, George took the time to troubleshoot the issue and make sure everything was done correctly. His professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills really stood out. The battery was replaced and installed properly, and the whole experience was way better than expected. If you’re in the area and need help, ask for George — he’s the man and he’ll get it done. Highly recommend this AutoZone because of employees like him!

The manager of the Rangeline Road location was incredibly helpful! He changed both headlamps in my car. He was very knowledgeable and speedy. Also, he suggested a product to clear up my foggy headlights AND cleaned the headlight for me. I was so appreciative and impressed by the level of service!

It’s hard to know who to trust when it comes to car issues, but if you are looking for someone trustworthy, this is it. After our car wouldn’t start down the road at a church, I came into the shop looking for help finding a portable jump starter. Manager Anthony Wilson came to the rescue. First, he stopped me from buying the wrong thing, saving me time and money. Then he generously offered to help me and my daughter jump the car, taking time out of his day to do so. Once we got there, he noticed the battery was loose and a light was out. He told me that if I followed him back to the shop, he would fix it for me. He gained our trust without a doubt. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is our new car place for sure. Anthony took time out of his day to show genuine kindness, and he made a customer for life!!!!

We were looking for an electrical connector. Tried Ace Hardware who suggest Batteries Plus. They weren't able to help, so they told us to try Auto Zone across the street. Walked in - there was one guy at a computer. He didn't look up, didn't speak a word - just ignored us. Then a second guy walked in from outside (his tag said "driver") and the computer guy said to see if he could help us. I asked about an electrical connector and he said electrical was on aisle 2 and walked to the back. We left at that point. WILL DEF NOT BE BACK! Went down the road to O'Reilly's and were treated very well. If you want to see bad customer service - this is the place to go!
