George was absolutely the most helpful, efficient, professional I've ever encountered. He helped me identify exactly what I needed, explained the process, and went above and beyond. He was courteous and polite, and handled so many customers' needs at once. Some of the other employees didn't seem too concerned with how many of us customers were clearly waiting for help, but George was on top of it! I think they should take lessons from him! Thanks for a great experience George! I'll definitely be coming back to this exact location because I have confidence I'll get the best service from YOU!

I called AutoZone at 8pm on a Friday night when the temperature was extremely cold because I thought my battery might be going out. I was worried it was too late to get any help that night but George answered and reassured me they could help so I headed over. George came out in the freezing cold to test my battery and confirmed it needed to be replaced. He went over the battery options and then installed my new battery quickly and with a positive attitude. He was so funny and kind even though it was late, cold, etc. I really appreciate George’s help and will definitely use this store from now on for all of my auto maintenance. Thank you, George!

I’m fairly certain I was working with the Manager or GM, sadly I can remember the gentleman’s name. Either way, he was awesome and efficient, great banter very straight forward. Set up my new battery, and wiper blades.
I mean he even brought lunch in for his crew to make sure they ate AND know they are appreciated. 12/10 people

My car's battery died in the parking lot across the street, and I was distraught about needing a tow. I walked to the store and the manager very generously helped me out by walking over and jumpstarting the battery, even though he had no obligation to. I can't recommend the service of this store more.
