Kevin Boyce was a great pleasure to work with. He was such a blessing to me in the time of needing a battery and how to change the battery. We need more people like him in the world. He allowed me to use his tools to remove and put the new battery in. HE IS SUCH A BLESSING!!! For as long as he is at this Auto Zone, he will be the only person I wanna work with. I will have my son ask for him as well if he never needs to come into this Auto Zone location at 10560 Michigan Road. HE IS THE BEST!!!!!

I went battery shopping, feeling not likely to buy one, because of the notice with each one online (at least for my 2015 VW EOS) that "Vehicle computer system must be reset, contact your service specialist". The person that tested my battery made me feel very comfortable with a purchase and I did so before going home. The only thing I regret is not having a $5 or $10 to slip the guy when done like I do when I have wipers changed anywhere. Good job and thanks.

Julius and Desmond helped me and they were very helpful and kind! After getting into an incident with my car they not only made me feel better but helped with what I should do next. They were very good with customer service and I left more than happy with my experience with Autozone! Thank you Julius and Desmond, would definitely recommend them and will be returning!

Friendly and helpful staff

10560 Michigan Rd, Carmel, IN 46032 - just encountered rudest staff member experience ever!!! We’ve always been fans of AutoZone, recommending to friends and family who are DIY car folks or who have a few questions to get job done. After today’s experience, we will no longer patronize AutoZone - luckily plenty of automotive type retail in area. Upon walking up to counter to ask where something was located, the rude, very young man looked away until I started to ask question. Before I said two words he unfriendly blurted out “I’m busy.” For over 3 minutes he just stood there until previous customer walked up. That confrontation could have gone so much better in his end! A simple “I’m waiting on a customer but is there something I can direct you to while I wait’ would have been the least he could do! I realize I don’t look like a “car guy” but I don’t deserve such impertinence. Forget it, AutoZone-Carmel. You lost our respect…and future recommendations.

When your car runs rough and engine light comes on, When you're behind a muddy truck and your wipers are gone, if you're going on a date and you smell lunch fries, you see wires hanging, need some zip ties, It's autozone you think of on your way, to anywhere in this situation, night or day.

Julius and the team were super quick to help me get stubborn bugs off of my windshield! They cleaned my car for me!! absolutely stellar service, 10/10 would recommend

Kevin was so helpful! He installed my windshield wipers without even having to ask. He was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Great place for your maintenance on your vehicle

Kevin Boyce assisted tremendously with helping me find the proper wipers, fuse, remote battery, and even installation of my taillights! I was under the impression he was the manager because of his initiative and patience. It led me to this review to get him recognition because I felt very valued as a customer. I really appreciate him and I love this location!

Desmon and Kevin were the nicest people! Best store to go to. Was very helpful in finding the right brake light for my car and even helped me figure out how to change it! Thanks so much! Wish more AutoZone workers at other locations were like them!
