Unfortunately the staff that George hires isn't as professional as George is. Hes a good guy but a few of the staff are unbelievable. I think he tries to hire people that are lacking direction and give them a chance or something. I've had a few occasions that were not good and its all due to poor attitude, not poor service.
Update: George knows exactly who I am. Christian, I had a Prelude, Lexus and BMW that I've brought there before and never again. It's always been some kind of issue there with the staff. Last time I was there, some kid purposely put oil and dirt on the steering wheel because his job was to clean the oil from the under carriage to check for oil leaks to confirm the prior work. Before that, the cashier guy didn't want to get my key from the garage for some reason?? I think he's upset because I asked him if the battery was registered he's like I don't know anything about that. We replaced the battery it doesn't need registering. He's like with an attitude. Then he said you can go get your key yourself. So I go get my own key, then some kid mechanic says you can't come back here, I told him I'm getting my key, then he says it again I'm like whatever, then he calls me am asshole. I went straight to his face to almost touching his nose and told him let's do this right now, if you want to be disrespectful. Then of course nothing happened and it calmed and a then nice woman gave me a ride home.
Anyway I think George is a good guy at the end of the day and he's always been straight forward. He's also probably the best mechanic there but I'm not certain of all the mechanics but for BMW I just go to the dealer because there is certain software that only BMW dealers have.
