DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely horrible communication, & customer service and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Somehow the cover of my gas cap went missing during transit and they promised a replacement would be mailed out to me and it was never sent. Nobody returns your calls and the manager Skyy actually told me to shut up while I was trying to express my frustrations about this. My vehicle arrived 6 days late from the original set delivery date and they had me waiting around all day for it to just not show up on the day they told me it would be here. Skyy, Malik, and Paul Strausberg are the managers I believe and they do NOT communicate delays and like I mentioned never sent in the replacement part for my vehicle. Still charged me full price I paid around 1400$ to get it transported from Ohio to California and the entire process was a complete disaster. Again do your research, do not ignore the bad reviews like I did, and please go with a different company. I’ve had this type of service done before and I should have went with the company I chose the first time because this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced.
This company sought me out and swore up and down that they are a legitimate company that doesn’t scam people. Guess what? They scheduled our service, lied about having a driver to pick up our car, gave us a date and time, never called to update us, never showed up. Left us stranded. When I called all of their phone numbers, most did not work and were suddenly disconnected. The one that did work the woman I’d been speaking to says I don’t have any paperwork or knowledge of who you are. I have a contract with their information that says otherwise. She let me know that they never intended to follow through with the contracted appointment after admitting she lied about not knowing who I am and having no knowledge of who I am. Thanks for the scam Jessica and Angela. Lying scamming sack artists. If this happens to you, report them to the DOT like I did
Complete joke. They told me they would pick up my car to ship to Florida from 4-6pm today with one hour notice prior to arrival. After multiple calls to the driver and dispatch over many hours, I located the driver at 6pm in a different state who said he had no intention of picking up my car today. I expect an apology and a refund. Complete waste of time.

This place sucks at communicating and giving real time updates my car came two days late they raised the price of my delivery because the delivery truck broke down on its way to pick up my car as if it was my fault. They don’t pick up at all Jessica doesn’t reply till a day or week later they said they text you but don’t it not worth the stress of know where your car is and when it’s coming there a scam.

Paul Strausberg was a huge help with transporting my daughter’s vehicle to LSU. It was a last minute request, but he came through and made it happen. The price was very reasonable, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. Highly reliable and great service I would definitely recommend him!
I will never trust them with my car again. It's been such a nightmare. The worst part is that they keep hanging up on me when I call, after they figure out it's me. I can't get any resolution, and they won't even talk to me. They know they messed up and apparently will only respond to lawsuit. I'm guessing they've been instructed to not talk with me directly. I can't tell other people what to do, but I certainly would never ship a car with them again.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!! Jorge and Jessica are full of it! They give you a day to pick up your car and then they make excuses why the transporter is not getting the car the day they've said. Almost missed my flight trying to wait on someone that never came. Had to leave my keys with someone. Which was unacceptable. It may seem minor but it was a big inconvenience to everyone. They will not answer after they get your money and then push the bad reviews to the side so you won't see them! I wish I would have read these reviews before they got my money!.
