simple, easy, organized CRM
Overall: I just started using this software 3 months ago and had never done this type of work before. This has been a very easy CRM to learn and master. :) Pros: I love how organized it can keep all of your upsheets. Cons: My boss wants us to upload pictures of the contacts, there currently isnt exactly an option for that. You can, however upload them as a file to the upsheet
You get what you pay for
Overall: It works well for the cost, but is not nearly as efficient as several other CRM's in the market. Pros: I like how AutoRaptor makes searching for customers simple. It's very easy to pull up customers based on which vehicle they're interested in. The inventory features in AutoRaptor are great Cons: The follow up isn't very easy to customize. There's no way to send out price change emails automatically or restart a follow up process. If the customer is in the system from 2 years ago and then submits another information request, the user has to manually fill in the follow up tasks. There's no way to automatically generate them once the customer has been entered into the system.

Possibly the best CRM i have used but...
I truly consider this the best software I have ever used because of how easy it is to communicate with customers through the app and website. This software allows me to quickly set up appointments without much effort and it took me from selling 18 cars a month to 25 cars a month just from saving time not clicking between multiple different pages and tabs. It is easy to integrate with websites and has many features that you would not think you needed until you've used it. I am familiar with many different CRM and Autoraptoris still considered my favorite. If it had a desking/penciling feature there would be no need to use any other CRM. Pros: The best feature of this CRM software is its ease of use. it is beginner friendly and you do not need to be tech-savvy as you would with other CRMS to be able to use it. It requires little training as most features are self-explanatory. You can be set up and use the CRM efficiently within 10 minutes. leads are evenly distributed. reps can even set up their day off so that leads are not received that day and other sales personnel receive their portion. There is a mass text effect so if you need to jump-start your leads when it gets slow you can do so quickly. The system will even automatically customize the text message so they are individualized. Cons: I have not yet seen a desking feature implemented. If this feature was implemented it would be the best CRM software I've used at a dealership.

An absolute MUST for Automotive sales!!
Overall: Have used the Autoraptor CRM for over 8 years and previous employer tried SEVERAL times to "save money" by going with a less expensive option but they NEVER compared to Autoraptor Pros: Ease of use for everyone. Customer support is swift and training is easy to understand. The automated texts & email options make it impossible to lose contact with your customers Cons: Needs to have more optional vehicle request section that alerts you when a vehicle comes in

Great Use
Overall: Overall it's not a bad system, It works for operating a business and customer service is exceptional Pros: It's great for keeping touch and track of customers. It's pretty self explanatory to use and easy to navigate. Cons: There are a few glitches sometimes with doubling of tasks/features. Sometimes if I claim a lead, it'll say that someone else already claimed it even though I clicked it and I have to go back in the system to find that customer to work it.
