Received a quote from auto glass Atlanta. They asked me what style truck and window I needed replaced. I shared I have a standard cab on ford F150 07. Ok they said they had to order the glass, cool so that put the replacement back a day... no sweat. The gentleman show up Thursday as shared. Get there with the wrong window. He comes and tell me I have an extended cab... no sir I do not I have a standard cab sir. No you don't you have an extended cab. Sir I know what I bought extended cab has room for a seat brother no one can sit back here. Long story short. Wrong window bought only for them to email me and say your window can not be purchased or ordered. Well I just saw the window for 175.00 lol. Total waste of time. I wouldn't call them... especially seeing as thought they can follow simple directions and don't know what windows to order when they have clearly been shared with what is needed.

Hi Jamie, thank you for sharing your experience. We take all feedback seriously and want to address this directly.
Looking back at your quote, a 2007 Ford F150 SuperCab is reflected in the quote you approved before we ordered the glass. The quarter glass on a SuperCab is a different part than what's on a Standard cab, and our technician arrived with the glass that matched the vehicle information in the quote. Since we aren't able to add our own photos directly to a review response, we've uploaded the original quote screenshot to our Yelp photos so anyone can see exactly what was quoted.
We understand the frustration when a job doesn't go as expected. That's genuinely not the experience we want anyone to have. But we want to be clear, we ordered the part based on the vehicle details that you confirmed on your quote when you scheduled the appointment. As for availability, this is a 20-year-old truck and the glass simply does not show as available through our vendor network. Seeing a part listed somewhere online doesn't always mean it's in stock or ready to be sourced through professional supply channels. We wish we could get this taken care of for you, but unfortunately we are not able to source this particular glass at this time.
