At first, the customer service agent britney, who had an area code from yeah, minnesota, was very nice and sent off the documents very fast. This is my first time so I went through everything. That's when I noticed they try to sneak in some extra gap insurance and some extra auto.Insurance about $2,500 that would have been added to my loan. When I texted brittany back, letting her know, I could not select the no option.He acted like I wanted the gap insurance that's true auto insurance, there's a total lie I told her I never said that. She said, okay, and bye, we had another conversation and she then got really snotty about some questions that I had i don't like I said this was my first time, and of course I was going to have questions.
