Exceptional customer service We did 2 weeks of Vietnam organized by Authentic adventures vn and more specifically Mr Tran. It was a fantastic experience from the beginning to the end. He helped us customize our tour and was in contact with us throughout the trip making sure that all was going well. It was a little scary sending money overseas and not snowing what to expect upon arrival. However, all our doubts disappeared from the time we met our first guide in Hanoi. Everything was organized to the perfection from all pick ups and drop offs to our hotel stays and day trips. Thank all for making our trip so enjoyable.

2-week spent in Vietnam Mr. Tran showed us the ropes to Vietnam and set us up with everything we needed. Tran lined up all of our tours and travel including a great hiking experience in Sapa and a cruise through Ha Long Bay & visit Da Nang, Hoi An I felt well accommodated and was pleased with everything.

Great Ninh Binh day tour Great tour, well paced and fun experience. Really enjoyed the hike. But the bike tour and lunch were excellent. The extra pad for the boat was really needed. Hoa was a great guide.

A wonderful Vietnam trip My partner and I used the company's service for a 14-day stay in Vietnam. We had an incredible experience in Hanoi-Halong Bay-Sapa-Danang-Hochiminh thanks to their great arrangements. The service was amazing, and all tours arrived on time. The hotels were of high quality, and the drivers were always prompt for pickup. Everyone is aware of what is going on. It is a real Vietnam treasure! I really love it.

Best Exprience! We are so glad we came across Tony from Authentic adventures he helped us so much and arranged our transfers from one place to another and organised a beautiful trip to Halong, Hue, Hoian Phuquoc and Hochiminh would definitely recommend arranging tour in vietnam we were lucky enough to see some Monkeys and Mountain goats roaming around Ninh Binh.

sightseeing trip to Vietnam From the beginning of planning our trip Mr Tran at Authentic was very patient with my indecision of where we would travel to. We did a very insightful tour of Hanoi city, a trip to Ning Binh gave a wonderful view of a beautiful part of the country, next day was our tour of Sa Pa, Ha Long Bay, which I’m sure everyone knows is beautiful, the entire cruise was a great experience, so recommended. Next it was on to Ho Chi Minh City and a delightful tour of Mekong Delta area. All these tours are very well thought out and enjoyable.

Vietnam Amazing Tour My trip to Vietnam which included Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hue Hoian, Phu Quoc and Saigon was planned in detail by Mr Tran. The company went out of their way to pick me up for a trip which I had almost missed. All the bookings, transitions and hotels offered were ones that I thoroughly enjoyed as attractions were within walking distance. Great trip! Amazing tour. Really nice, local village with tour guides. The waterfall slide was a lot of fun. It is so nice to see Vietnam. The tour guide’s english was perfect and he is one of the most friendly people I have seen in these tours. Definitely a must if you are visiting vietnam.

Mr. Thiep is the best! We (my mom, my husband, and I) were very lucky to have Mr. Thiep as our private tour guide for 2 days. He was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure he was accomodating our needs for this tour. He took us biking through Mai Chau to see the amazing rice paddies. The second day of the tour originally consisted of hiking up to caves, but with my mom’s limited trekking ability, he took us to visit a bamboo chopstick factory, a natural hot spring, and a beautiful waterfall which exceeded our expectations. In addition, we stayed at his family’s homestay (Eco Homestay) with delicious homecooked meals. Mr. Thiep is so knowledgeable about everything in Mai Chau - we learned so much! We highly reccomend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam to get away from the busy city of Hanoi!

Perfect island holiday it was an amazing and awesome experience and the staff of the crew made our trip so beautiful and created memories for lifetime. Amazing Vietnam tour My wife and I just finished an amazing 14 day tour of Vietnam organized by Authentic adventures. The tour was first rate, hitting all the highlights in Vietnam. Each city had a guide specializing in that city and often UNESCO heritage site so very helpful. The tour exceeded our expectations. The hotels were all first rate as were the recommended restaurants. Everything went like clock work and as advertised.
