Al has done a big job for us from acrylic render to concrete finish including hebel and more.
His a a very talented tradie that has pride in every aspect from start to finish. He is hard working and even works on Sundays to get the job done. Also fairly priced. As i always say " you pay peanuts " you get bad results. I will constantly use his rendering services. Fantastic job al 👏. I wish all tradies was honest and reliable like this guy. I do beleive I have given good results to solid plaster the kitchen and was honest all the way through start to finish. I'm always here for you guys when yous need me. Al did a fantastic job rendering our front fence and pillar. I cannot recommend him highly enough - his work is fantastic quality and at a very reasonable cost. Al was very easy to communicate with, kept us informed at all times and arrived on time. He was also very committed to meeting our strict time frame for completion - Al came back to finish the render on Sunday to get the job done in time for us due to rain on the Saturday. He does ok work, but charges $200 to quote when most others do free quotes. Kept insisting I go with a colour that I didnt want (I guess he had a lot of it in unused stock), which I found a bit annoying as I had to keep justifying my colour choice. The price kept evolving too - gave me a standard price and a higher price for a nicer finish, I went with the nicer finish, but then he later backed out saying he couldn't do that finish for me, but the (higher) price would remain the same.
Hmm" not correct', after completion with a satisfaction guarantee and additional 7 years guarantee. once the job is booked, I only ask for $200 deposit from my clients. Small amount, so it gives my customers trust. We are one of the best rendering services in Melbourne and we don't cheat our customers. All we want is to make our customers happy. the finish that you asked for was a standard coarse finish, then after you have seen that your house was looking good, you wanted to upgrade the finish to a venetian plaster finish, or concrete finish that's from the top of my head. OfCourse the Price changes.
We always agree first, then I take 2-part payments. I'm saddened that you feel that way. But after. Looking all the reviews that you have given others, I say oh my God, I have 3 stars, while others you've given mostly 1 and 2.
Your review is unjust to my reputation. my clients are fantastic, but i don't want to hear from you, because you were smiling always to my face and after promising me 5-star review, you've given me 3.
