This St. David’s Urgent Care is relatively close to home so it was a logical choice when an emergency arose. We received amazing care from Dr Deshmukh, Dr. Maher and Nurse Sandra. Dr. Maher performed test after test in order to determine the issue. He explained in detail each test and what he was looking to determine. His explanations were easy to understand and delivered with compassion. Nurse Sandra provided such loving, kind care. The facility is calm, quiet and clean. I highly recommend this medical team and this Urgent Care

I stay at Comfort Inns all over the country due to my job. I love them. Its my preferred hotel to stay at. My company pays for the rooms using the CLC Lodging card. I'm also a member of the Choice Rewards program. No matter where I go or what city I'm in I always mention this upon check-in so as to get my points. So it surprised me when I checked in this morning and mentioned this to the front desk person who who was checking me in that this one particular hotel doesn't give points to people who use the CLC Lodging card. When I questioned him about it he was very flippant, and with a rather cavalier attitude told me that I needed to speak to CLC about it. So I did. As I expected they stated that the Choice Rewards program has nothing to do with CLC and there was no reason that I should not have received my points. So if you're also a CLC card user beware, they will not honor the program and give you you're points like every other Comfort Inn across the entire nation! Leave it to Austion to keep it weird. SMDH!

the worst medical experience of my life. Patrice actively seems to injure and insult his overweight patients. Another nurse who was white with brown hair lied to me about the cost of a transfer ambulance. claiming it was free. I wish to God I had never come here. Absolutely traumatized. They could have offered me decent care, but instead we're talking about their pay and racking up hours. They rushed me, injured me, and gave me zero updates. Beyond unprofessional. Disgusting.

My son passed out then fell and hit his head at school. The Dr did a very limited interview and almost no physical exam. He did not even look at my son's head where he faceplanted, but performed 2 diagnostics. He said the results were normal, but I was still concerned and brought up a CT head. Dr stated "If you want to expose him to the radiation." And I said "We don't do this every day." No further discussion. The CT report listed the reason for exam as "Mother's Demand". Not that the Dr asked, but Mother has a history of seizures, and is an ER veteran of 15y.
I have zero confidence in the assessment performed and we will not be back.

Don't do it, they got top tier rudeness and not a shread of compassion. Its amazing you can go to a place with not a single person waiting and these people are oh so busy. What?!? You don't like work? You don't like helping people? Ain't that why you signed up for the position in the first place??.

I walked in the front door with my legs completely bandaged up and pouring fluid, weeping sores visible because they soaked through. The first thing they hand me is a piece of paper that they want me to sign that says YOUR INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER ANYTHING in bold print. I told them this was strange and they lied to my face and said "insurance never covers emergency room care" Turned around and walked out. Do NOT go here under any circumstances

This was bought by st David’s but the service in the last couple of days just show the lack of quality doctors. Not able to access the need fo a ctscan or just perform an abscece. I had to transfer to the hospital where the doctor say it could it be done by the first person who saw me. That this clinic is not worth going.

The staff was super nice, but The bill was crazy. They charged me almost $5000 for a bag of saline and a blood and urine test only to just tell me to just keep doing what I’m doing no prescription no real help. My insurance picked up most the cost but that’s still ridiculous
